Apartment vacation rentals in La Mulatière

Cute little apartment where we felt very good. Lots of books available. The residence itself is very quiet. Of course, the street is very busy during rush hours and it is therefore quite noisy on the balcony. But that's the price to pay for having the bus stop at the foot of the building that takes us to Place Bellecour quickly. Also close to shops and a few restaurants within walking distance of Oullins and the metro, which is very nice when you don't have a car. Axel is very responsive and friendly.

Very close to the city center of Oullins, the metro and buses. Alessandra is available and responsive. The accommodation is very well-equipped, with quality equipment. The small balcony overlooking the bedroom is nice. The apartment is well designed with a large living room that includes a kitchen equipped with beautiful size. The room is also spacious, with a large fitted closet. I would highly recommend it.

I leave here my excellent recommendation for both the apartment and Lionel. Well located apartment, transportation at the door, several markets, some restaurants nearby. The air conditioning on warmer days was great, at other colder times I liked to leave the large central window of the house open to enjoy some of the fresh breeze. Honestly, nothing bothered us. Lionel is always helpful and clear, responds very quickly and helps with anything you need. Wonderful shower and nice bed. It has all the amenities for a short or long stay. Returning to Lyon, I will definitely return to Lionel's accommodations.

Small studio but has everything I needed and no clutter. Very handy for where I was visiting with work and also metro, Intermarche, boulangerie and restaurants.

We had a lovely weekend hosted by Sylvia and her friendly, pleasant companion. Clean, functional, quiet and very well-decorated accommodation. Close to all amenities. We recommend. And thanks again for the bottle of wine. Rachel

Olivier was so delightful to deal with, very responsive and detailed! The spacious apartment was modern but also had old world charm in the large exposed beam and stone work. There were a few lovely restaurants within a 5-10 min walk and the old part of Lyon just a 20 minute walk away! He was so flexible when we arrived early and allowed us to drop our luggage so we could explore Vieux Lyon until check in. It was a bit warm as the AC hadn’t yet been activated but all the fans helped overcome that! Overall we would highly recommend this lovely property. Thank you Olivier!

We loved the modern furnished apartment. It is close to tram and bus stops, Lyon-Perrache train station is within walking distance. The room goes to a small green courtyard and is really very quiet. The property is highly recommended.

We had a great time despite the heat of June, the air conditioning was welcome. Renaud was very responsive and welcoming, we were able to drop off our luggage before the scheduled check-in time to visit Lyon without being cluttered :) The value for money was excellent, I would highly recommend it for visiting Lyon for a weekend.

Tasteful retreat with extremely easy access to the City.

Very good location near Perrache train station. Old Lyon is quickly accessible by bike. Lively local neighborhood with all amenities (restaurant, bakery, bars, etc.) without the hustle and bustle of the center. The bed was comfortable.

Great, everything was in line with the listing, even the opinions of previous tenants were taken into account, 2 sets of towels, 4 coffee pods, frankly nothing to say, it's really classy, I recommend it 100%!

Absolutely loved our stay — the apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The bed was cozy, the shower had great water pressure, and the kitchen was well-equipped for light meals. The neighborhood was quiet but well-located, with easy access to public transportation and great local bakeries. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and welcoming throughout. We’d definitely stay here again — five stars all around!

Clément was a great, responsive host and the apartment itself was a wonderful base of operations for our visit to the greater Lyon area. The kitchen has everything you need to make great meals at home, but you have the option to enjoy a wide variety of cuisines within 10 minutes walking distance. To sum up it’s a convenient location with good access to transportation and supplies. The neighborhood has a youthful feel to it, and we felt safe at all times. I would like to add that the beds, linens and towels were all of high-quality, and the water pressure was great!

Great accommodation near Lyon, accessible by transport (bus, tram...). Quiet residence and great, easy-to-use jacuzzi. We recommend! Thanks to Antoine who is a responsive and very friendly host.
