Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Gîte in the Morvan Regional Park, on the border of the Auxois and near the lakes. In the middle of nature, in the forest and at the foot of a river. Independent, in private property and family home (for 4 generations), exceptionally quiet. Accessible by a balcony, open kitchen to living room and dining room (2 sofas including 1 sofa bed for 2 people). Upstairs, 1 shower and 1 toilet, 2 double bedrooms (including 1 with a bunk bed) under the attic, each with a sink. Renovated in January 2021.

Le Pigeonnier (The Dove House) Nestled in the heart of France in a quiet Burgundian village this quirky dove house, once part of the chateau estate, has been restored and converted into unique accommodation. The ground floor has a kitchenette, eating area, and a walk-in shower room, toilet and basin. The upper floor with bedroom/sitting room, is reached via an external spiral staircase. Parking is available on the premises. Access from junction 23 on the A6 Paris-Lyons autoroute.
