Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Quiet, and enjoying direct proximity to natural and cultural spaces. Nearby: - Nantes (20 km by ring road or ferry on the Loire) - beaches (Pornic 25 km away...) - amusement parks (Planète Sauvage 10 min, Legendia Park).

Gîte de la vallée

This pleasant 43m2 fully renovated cottage with mezzanine is located in a charming building in the village of Saint-Jean-de-Boiseau. You will find yourself between Nantes and the ocean, between town and countryside, on the Loire River course by bike (a 5-minute walk from the Loire bank). The cottage is close to all amenities (supermarket, bakery, bar-tabac-presse, pharmacy, post office...).
