House on 2 levels. On the ground floor, you have a living room (sofa, TV, coffee table), kitchen (gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker) and toilet. Upstairs are the bedroom and bathroom (bathtub, toilet). Outside there is a private courtyard where you can spend pleasant moments (table, chairs, deckchairs, awning). In the heart of Grand-Auverné, close to shops (bakery/grocery store, bar/restaurant, hairdresser). 16 km from Châteaubriant.

A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located in the heart of the FORGES tourist site, you can enjoy hiking, the water and the country house museum. The house is in the style of Forges architecture with a beautiful wooden frame that you can enjoy in the living room upstairs. The bedroom space on the ground floor offers the possibility of sleeping in the cool in summer.

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.
