The exterior was refurbished in 2021 and the house is now RED. The interior of the home was renovated in 2017. Beach access and BBQ on site. 3 km from downtown Sainte-Flavie, 5 km from Mont-Joli and 30 minutes' drive from Rimouski town. The cleaning is done by a cleaning company.

Sea-level residence

Really spectacular site. This accommodation is located in the basement. A large window in the kitchen provides light but not a view of the river. You can, however, go out into the yard and have direct access to a long walk along the waterfront. Close to many activities (garden, museum, hiking, skiing).
