Nice place five blocks from the beach. The apartment is simple but has all the amenities. Victoria and Federico took good care of us. 100% recommended.

Apartment in very good condition, similar to the photos and with a large terrace with a direct ocean view. Easy access, located in a condominium that has everything for guests: swimming pool, laundry, gym, concierge, etc. Very good location, beachfront and with sunshade and beach chair service. The host is very friendly and serious.

Everything was perfect. We enjoyed a fall weekend with our senior sausage. Cecilia is always attentive to our needs. A beautiful sun came in through the living room. The stove is very enjoyable.

The apartment is located in a privileged place especially for those who like to walk on the boulevard and go out to dinner at the end. Outside of high season, you can park perfectly on the street. As other reviews say, on Saturdays there may be noise from people and music in the street, but the double glazing of the windows mitigates the issue quite well. The apartment is furnished with excellent taste and quality, on par with an excellent hotel, with the difference that the location in front of the port is exceptional. The balcony terrace is perfectly set and furnished to enjoy both breakfast and sunset wine with cheese. When I return to Punta del Este alone as a couple, it will always be my first option!

Leonardo always responded very quickly to questions. The house is beautiful with everything you need to have a wonderful vacation! Super heated; a beautiful sun comes in all day! Very good cleanliness! Across the street there is a very well-kept square, with a soccer field, my children were fascinated. We would be back for sure!

The place is the same as in the pictures. Ideal for disconnecting from the routine and connecting with nature. Very comfortable house and beautiful surroundings. You need to go with transportation as it is quite far from the route and places to get supplies.

Amazing design and a very peaceful setting. A truly special, casual luxury experience, enjoying the sunsets while relaxing and watching the horses and cows graze in the distance. The house is stylish and very comfortable, with everything we needed... plus a really nice pool. Note that some of the nearby shops and restaurants are only open on the weekends and it's a good idea to have cash. Patricia's helpful directions made it very easy to find and check in. We wish we had stayed longer!

Great house. We were several friends with children and teenagers and the house is ideal for sharing in different spaces and super comfortable to sleep. More than recommended. The pool is spectacular.

The stay was very good. The location of the house is perfect, in a quiet area, one block from the beach (a couple of the descents). The beach is very family-friendly, spacious and with good waves to enjoy. The house is very comfortable for six people (even more). The rooms and common areas are very spacious, and the deck and pool area are fabulous. Everything is very clean, and well arranged. The equipment is good, it has just the right amount, but nothing was missing. Communication with Darwin was good, and there was flexibility in check-out and check-in times. One thing, which doesn't detract from the house, perhaps should be considered by travelers. The en-suite room (which is very nice by the way), has no separation between the bathroom and the bedroom (for example, a door), if you want complete privacy it can be an inconvenience. In short, a very nice, comfortable, and very conveniently located house.

The apartment is as they offer in the publication, ideal for what we are going to enjoy the beach and very well equipped. Excellent location crossing the boardwalk you are in La Brava and close to downtown and La Mansa. Adriana is always attentive and decisive to inquiries or needs. We were very happy and will be back. We spent almost a month in this beautiful apartment, where we felt right at home. The location, steps from the sea and in one of the most beautiful areas of Punta del Este, is fabulous. Lelio was very kind and Wilton, the manager, was extremely warm and decisive. Ester, the lady who cleaned the apartment, was also very attentive.

Very nice apartment, excellent location for those of us who go without a car. It's as described in the post. Good mattresses, pillows, sheets and towels. There are lounge chairs for the garden, and others to take to the beach. Excellent shower. Everything you need to rest!
