Originally a farmhouse, this property is situated in the peace and tranquillity of a secluded hamlet, yet still offers proximity (within 45 min drive) to the best beaches, Puy du Fou and other sites of the Vendee. It is an ideal place to recharge your batteries. You would have sole access to the whole property which boasts a large private garden with an orchard, swimming pool (not heated and therefore closed in winter months from mid September through till May), and BBQ facilities.

Welcome to our renovated house, located in a picturesque village 3 minutes from Chantonnay (Commercial area). Enjoy the furnished terrace, bathed in sunshine in the morning and part of the afternoon, then pleasantly shaded in the evening. The house is comfortably designed for 2 people but it is possible to be 4 thanks to the sofa bed. The house is 35 min from Puy du Fou, 53 min from La Faute sur Mer, 1 hour from Les Sables d'Olonne. It is situated in over 8 acres of fields with 3 fishing lakes where the donkeys and sheep roam free. The panoramic roof terrace will allow you to enjoy the idyllic setting. English really spoken. Two other cabins also available.

To enjoy the outdoors, we provide garden furniture and a barbecue on a 40 m² terrace. You will have access to a one-hectare meadow with a private riverside walking trail. Fishermen are welcome.
