Our stay was excellent! It perfectly met the needs of our family of 5 adults and a baby of 18 months. The place was very spacious, with lots of items available for us to use. We had wonderful family moments! The host was very attentive, and the massage chair was such a pleasant bonus! I totally recommend it and would definitely come back!

We are so happy to have stayed at Urban Zen in Québec City. From the detailed directions and instructions to the beautiful accommodations, our stay was wonderful! Everything was sparkling clean, comfortable bed and luxurious linens and towels made our holiday extra special. Nadine was an attentive host and quick to respond to questions. The walk from Urban Zen to the old part of the city was less than 30 minutes and full of nice cafes and restaurants. It was great to just park the car and explore! Close to bikes paths and parks. We loved every minute of our stay! Thanks Nadine!

Great place in a very popular area lots of restaurant options close by as well as a few supermarkets allowing us to cook a few times as well. There was an issue with the washing machine however the host provided a satisfactory solution which worked well. Would stay there again

We loved our stay in this large bright apartment, offering a unique view that invites you to relax. The old house in which it is located has a lot of character: creaky floors, authentic atmosphere and full of charm. You can sometimes hear the neighbors, but nothing bothersome: it's also what makes the charm of period buildings. The host was very welcoming and available, in addition to giving us valuable advice on local shops and good addresses. A place we highly recommend!

Emma's accommodation is spacious and very comfortable, perfect for 4 or 5 people. The neighborhood is central and you can reach Old Quebec on foot. The neighborhood can be a little noisy in the evening given the presence of homeless people, it was not a major issue for us and it is not in the control of the host. We would gladly return to Emma's home!

We loved our stay at Lise’s space. Plenty of room and in a quiet neighborhood. Located away from the busy city area yet a very short and inexpensive uber ride into the heart of the city. We even walked back a couple of times in the evening it was close enough. Highly recommended staying here.

Place was nice but the weather was terrible, so our experience wasn’t as good as it could have been.

We were so pleased with our stay! Cottage with a beautiful view, warm atmosphere, lots of cooking equipment. Very clean and tidy place. Lyne is very available to answer questions, she responds very quickly and seems to have the well-being of her guests at heart! I would highly recommend :)

Strong recommendation! Isabelle's cottage, a converted schoolhouse, is charming, peaceful, and comfortable. The house is extraordinarily well-appointed, with everything you need, particularly in the kitchen. The back patio is a serene place to have a coffee, watch the birds, and enjoy the view over the empty fields. You will need a car. We drove to Québec one day and Ile d'Orleans the next - it's about 45 minutes to each.

Always a pleasure, we hope to stay for many more years to come.

Everything was in order and clean. Beautiful little functional apartment a few minutes from Old Quebec.

The place was stunning! Looked exactly like the photos, very clean and spacious! We didn’t have any issues apart from the door lock (not all buttons would light up so it was a challenge to put the code in) and the room downstairs didn’t get much of the AC. Otherwise the location is perfect to explore Quebec City & local hiking trails. Highly recommend!

Nice, convenient and quiet apartment in a very nice neighborhood

This was an amazing stay thanks to serge and his charming, convenient property. Everything is close by, including the must see spots in town and a great selection of restaurants. We didn’t use the car park pass, but having one clearly is valuable. We also got great recommendations from serge which proved handy. The place is exactly as described and felt warm and cozy for our needs. All in all, a great find and we would heartily recommend the place for all, including families with teenagers and small children.

The apartment was well equipped, with cooker, washing & drying machines etc. Walkable to top of montmorency falls.

This place is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils, so we felt comfortable like we were at home for three weeks. It was nice that there was a golf course nearby, and there were walking trails around the ski resort, so we spent time healing naturally while we were there. The accommodation facilities were clean and nice.
