Il est composé d'1 grande pièce de vie avec cuisine et coin salon TV (canapé lit), 1 chambre à l'étage avec 1 lit double et 2 lits simples, 1 salle de bain avec douche/wc, barbecue à disposition, table extérieure, jeux pour enfants. Chien accepté. Accès Internet. Chauffage au pellet Présence de nos 2 chiens dans l'enclos.

Located 30 min from Mont-Saint-Michel and 15 min from Fougères, this gîte (adjoining on one side with another gîte for 11 people) is the perfect base for exploring the local area. On the ground floor, a 20 m² living room with living room and equipped kitchen, opening onto a private terrace. Upstairs: a bedroom, toilet and separate shower room. A pétanque court is available, shared between the two cottages.
