Independent entrance (digicode gate + key box) overlooking common guarded courtyard. Only 1 parking space. Amenities available for a pleasant stay. Small green courtyard. The house is perfectly suited for a couple, bedroom with 160 x 200 bed. Shops within walking distance (bakery, tobacco, newspapers, pharmacy...). Close to A84, Avranches 20 min, Rennes 35 min, Fougères 15 min, Mt St Michel 30 min... Cleaning is not included in the rate: it must therefore be done before your departure...

It consists of 1 large living room with kitchen and TV lounge area (sofa bed), 1 bedroom upstairs with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower/toilet, barbecue available, outdoor table, games for children. Dogs accepted. Fiber internet access/Wi-Fi. Presence of our 2 dogs in the closed enclosure.

The Moulin de la Vallais

Relax at this enchanting riverside house that was the bakery many years ago. Lovely views all around the house and isolated so you can sit in the garden and listen to the river but know that you are five minutes from St Hilaire du harcouet. The river is next to the property with a large patio area to relax in and a lovely place for walks. There is also fishing sites just outside the property. See on line for fishing restrictions. It is also 30 minutes from Mont Saint Michel.
