Close to everything: 10 minutes from the city center and Saint Charles train station. 15/20 minutes from the beaches and airport. 15 minutes from Aix-en-Provence. 5 minutes from Plan de Campagne (very popular shopping area). This accommodation will offer you an advantageous location, quiet, without the hustle and bustle but close to the city center.

Charming new 32 m2 duplex studio, ideally located in Pennes-Mirabeau, in a quiet subdivision between Aix and Marseille. This studio offers all the comforts necessary for a successful stay, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine (Senseo), dressing room... The property has a private terrace as well as a secure parking space. We do not allow parties or events in the studio. The sofa is not convertible.

Jérôme's house was simply above our expectations! Everything was perfect: the decoration is done with great taste, every detail is taken care of, and everything is impeccably clean. Access is easy, everything is well thought out for a comfortable stay. Jérôme was more than kind and very responsive throughout the weekend. We loved spending time in his beautiful home and we sincerely thank him for this beautiful experience. We'll be happy to go back!

Accommodation that lives up to what is offered. Identical to the photos… impeccable cleanliness, tastefully furnished and decorated. Special mention for the mattress very comfortable. We had a pleasant time and we'll gladly come back, especially since the host is very friendly :)

Nice apartment with 1 separate bedroom. Excellent bedding. Living room sofa bed is quite comfortable. Accommodation far from the city, you need a car, but extremely quiet. Parking is available. Very good communication.
