Strategically located place, close to everything in a short time. Very quiet and with all the amenities you need to spend time at the beach. Amparo is very friendly and willing to solve any problems that arise. We would definitely come back

The Oaks is a great condo complex. We had checked it out last year when staying at a different AirBNB in Villareal. Lovely grounds - love the gardens, flowers, listening to the birds each morning. You do need a car, as nothing is walkable, but a very short drive to excellent supermarkets, and great local restaurants - Punto Tranquillo, Ancas and Grill Alvarito to name a few. Tamarindo is busy but nice to visit - check out RURAL restaurant on the way or waffle monkey in town for breakfast! Really enjoyed this condo being ground floor with a lovely private terrace with comfortable chairs for morning coffee. Loved the adult pool - would usually just go to swim and then come back to our own terrace. Condo has a basic supply of everything you need to cook. This was a very comfortable base for us to explore many beaches. We were disappointed not to have beach chairs available, but we were still very happy with this condo and will definitely be back to The Oaks in future.

We loved the home we rented in Costa Rica , Very safe and very beautiful. We saw a lot of Airbnb’s getting break In and getting items stolen , our host went above and beyond with security at this home . Fence in all the way around and with electric fence on top to make sure the home is safe for guest . The host went all out in the design inside and out . We enjoyed the pool with outdoor shower , the beds were so comfortable and the bedding was high quality. The host left us water and drinks . Very good at communicating. I wish I can come once a week just to give the host more of my money because we enjoyed it very much . Thank you!
