The story of Maison Achard & Fils is first and foremost a family story, in Chamaret, in the Drôme Provençale. In the middle of 1 ha of oaks, the owner built this dry stone property entirely, after drawing up his plans. It's a lifetime project, a project that started 20 years ago. In 2023, we are writing a new chapter in the history of our farmhouse, with the opening of a 45 m2 annex, Suite No. 1, intended to accommodate a couple while ensuring excellence and tranquility, surrounded by nature.

This new 2** studio is located in Drôme Provençale, 10 minutes from Grignan; from the Aiguebelle Abbey to the Crocodile Farm, 45 minutes from Ardêche, the Palais des Papes, the Dentelles de Montmirail. Our cottage is adjoining the owners' Provençal farmhouse, not overlooked. Kitchen and living room on the ground floor; the mezzanine and composed of the bed, shower, vanity top and toilet are adjoining with separation and open to the mezzanine bedroom. Private terrace. Authentic house in the heart of a medieval Provencal village A very pretty stone village house with terraces, swimming pool and spectacular views, located at the top of the medieval Provencal village of Crestet. The house overlooks the Ventoux, The house is self-contained but it can also be rented with a neighboring house with 4 extra beds. The swimming pool (open from June 1st to the end of September) is under the village 5 min walk with a beautiful view.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

La Remise, private pool

La Remise, my grandfather used to store his tractor there. Completely renovated, it has become a 90 m2 detached house with a 110 m2 fenced garden, mini pool & garage.
