La Petite Concarnoise is a charming 1930s fisherman's house, completely renovated in April 2022, located in the very popular "Passage" district, facing the Ville Close of Concarneau. The first beaches such as Port Manech, Kerfany, Dourveil... are 15/20 minutes drive away. The cottage has a semi-enclosed terrace that is completely independent and not overlooked. Parking is private, located on the property.
