Excellent welcome to this village house equipped and decorated with charm. Recommended without hesitation!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this magical place, nestled in the heart of nature. The place is very quiet, with only cows as neighbors! The setting is superb, very nicely decorated, warm and you immediately feel good there. There is plenty of room to accommodate everyone, whether with friends or family. Everything is designed for comfort, with all the necessary amenities on site. Nathalie gives very clear instructions, communication is smooth and her answers are quick. We highly recommend this little slice of heaven to anyone looking for a peaceful moment in the countryside.

As soon as you step through the door, you feel safe and pampered. And we felt great there! This place is conducive to rest. And for good reason, everything was done with care: the hospitality, decor and bedding (not least) were great! We thank our host, Alexis, for his kindness. We'll be happy to go back because this week spent here was nothing but relaxation and rejuvenation. The cottage is ideally located in this beautiful city. The Alpes Mancelles were a real favorite. Thanks for hosting us, Alexis.

It is a unique cottage in a fantastic location. So quiet with great views and the private pool is gorgeous. I couldn’t fault it. Jean was a delightful host and made us feel very welcome.

A place full of charm, surrounded by greenery and centuries-old trees. The views are beautiful and the environment peaceful. Special mention for the welcome: warm, discreet and very kind. It is the second time we stayed at this magical cottage. The location of the house - being close to so many amazing restaurants and markets, and its seclusion - being nestled among empty hillsides, makes it truly unique and special. The charming decor and homey-ness is unparalleled - already cannot wait to come back again!

Thomas gave us our privacy from the word go, in this beautiful cottage. He made sure to check with us everything was ok when we arrived and during our stay. The area is exactly as it was described, beautiful French countryside for a quiet week away. The cottage was lovely and clean, even a surprise bottle of local apple juice for us! Plenty to keep us occupied in the cottage (books, games etc) and it was a great area to stay having walks and towns nearby. Would highly recommend a visit!

We didn't get the chance to meet Jocelyne and her husband but their friend who greeted us was lovely. The property is beautiful, we were able to dine outside and enjoyed the coolness in the house. Jocelyne regularly checked in with us. We are delighted with our stay in the Perche which is a beautiful region. The new restaurant in Réveillon (Sauge) is worth discovering, especially the bistro formula at lunchtime.

Extremely pleasant stay at Antoine's. The house is really beautiful, and charmingly highlighted! The environment, full of greenery and picturesque houses is very soothing. The house is very well-equipped, the spaces are well thought out, everything was impeccable upon arrival. It will be a pleasure to come back!

Very good hosting by Thierry in his little paradise. The house enjoys absolute calm in a bucolic place. The garden is beautiful and very well furnished. The house is perfectly equipped (special mention to the particularly comfortable bedding). We'll be back without hesitating.

We had an extended weekend relaxing, with 4 adults and 2 children, in the spring. The house is clean, quiet and well equipped. The grounds allow children to play safely. Finally, communication with Jocelyne was very smooth. Our stay was a success, I recommend if you intend to stay in the surrounding area as a family.

Cottage easy to find and easy to access, close to the city center. Very quiet. Valerie is a very welcoming host with small intentions. She is very available on the phone. I would come back during my next visit to Nogent le Rotrou.

We had a great time at this lovely, very well refurbished barn. Catherine welcomed us very warmly and was very attentive.

We had a great weekend at Sylvain's house (group of 15 young adults). The accommodation is spacious, as described and well-equipped. The garden is large and pleasant, with shaded tables, a nice barbecue (wood provided but charcoal would be ideal and tongs are impractical) and a ping pong table. Two comfortable lounges, one with a TV, speaker and foosball. The kitchen offers a large dishwasher, two high-performance ovens, several hobs, many utensils, condiments and ice packs, but no microwave. We enjoyed the 4 bathrooms and fans in the bedrooms. The beams add charm but would complicate access for the elderly or people with reduced mobility (many steps). Very responsive, caring and forward-thinking host: activity guide available. Perfect house for a weekend with friends in the countryside, with wifi, and beautiful villages around like La Ferté-Bernard and its recreation area.
