The house is ideal for 6/8 people, with its three double bedrooms (160 x 200 cm beds) and the attic (2 single 80 x 190 cm beds). In winter, the fireplace and the large living room will offer you a good moment of cocooning, In summer, you'll love the large 3,000 m² garden with a stream and heated pool (from May to September, depending on the weather)!

Le Bois Joly is a 16th-century manor house that became a large farm in the 19th century. Located near Nogent-le-Rotrou, it sits in the heart of the countryside. Since 1985, we have been restoring it while respecting the architecture of the Perche region. We invite you to stay at the Gîte du Fournil and share in this fascinating history!
