Vacation rentals with a patio in La Digue

Everything was perfectly fine and the people who were working there were super friendly. The place could be better located, but that does not really matter on such a small island.

Hier stimmte alles, von der Anreise, über den Aufenthalt bis zur Abreise. Schon kurz nach unserer Buchung hat Sylvie mit uns Kontakt aufgenommen und uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Auf Sylvies Anraten haben wir rechtzeitig einen Mietwagen (7 Sitzer) auf Praslin über Sie gebucht, da diese sonst schnell vergriffen sind. Der Mietwagen wird auf der Insel auf jeden Fall benötigt. Wir sind früher angekommen, da wir mit der frühen Fähre von La Dique kamen. Da der Check-in normalerweise erst um 14 Uhr ist, wollten wir zunächst nur unser Gepäck dort lassen. Bei der Ankunft hatte Sylvie das Haus aber schon fertig, so dass wir sofort rein konnten. Einen Ausflug nach St. Pierre (Schnorcheln) und Curieuse (Landschildkröteninsel) mit BBQ haben wir auch über Sylvie gebucht. Es war ein unvergesslicher Tag und die Crew war super. Das Haus haben wir zu 6 bewohnt. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Nella and the whole team are extremely friendly and welcoming. They are proactive and even gave me a lift after my stay, very much appreciated! Also I got a little bowl of fruit during my stay with Mango, Papya etc. 🤩

Un alojamiento perfecto. Fue sin duda el mejor alojamiento durante nuestro viaje por Seychelles. Alojamiento nuevo, limpísimo y decorado con mucho gusto. Tiene unas vistas espectaculares y se pueden ver unos anocheceres increíbles. La comunicación con Nella y su hija ha sido fantástica y la asistente que tenían también, ha sido muy amable y servicial. Un alojamiento totalmente recomendable. Gracias por todo.

Un excellent établissement avec une vue imprenable sur les plages alentours. Pas facile d'accès mais les instructions pour trouver l'hôtel sont très claires (si vous conduisez sur l'île, préférez une automatique pour y accéder, les routes sont très pentues). Le personnel était très sympathique et très aidant et nous a même permit de reculer un peu l'horaire de notre check out afin de nous permettre de bien nous organiser pour le retour en France. Vous serez reçus comme des rois avec ce personnel. Petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix et vraiment très bon et très copieux ! Petit point négatif concernant la présence de petits insectes à certains endroits de l'hôtel et qui pourrait gêner certaines personnes (ce qui n'a pas été notre cas, d'autant que ces insectes étaient très rapidement nettoyés). Nous recommandons donc fortement cet hôtel pour de futurs voyageurs, vous ne serez pas déçus !

The mountain apartment from Louisiana is a bit tricky to find. As in Seychelles roads are just basically named, you have to ask. People is very friendly and extremely helpful. Once you reached the mountain apartment, you are well paid with a stunning view over the palms and sea side. The apartment itself is spacious and with windows and good air conditioning. In the kitchen you can prepare all you need for a delicious meal. It is peaceful and far from the mudding croud. Especially suited for relaxing holidays, as there are no noisy neighbors. Visiting Mahe you always need a car to be flexible and in order to find the best spots. With Maps Me, a free of charge navigation device, you will find Elena road. Do not be shy and give power to your car climbing the steep roads. It is well worth. Lousianne is very helpful and responds quickly. Ask her for a good restaurant or activity. She will send you the link. The housekeeper family, opposite in the red house is very helpful and friendly. Enjoy your time on top of St Elena mountain. My stay in La Digue was truly magical. Pamela and Georgie welcomed me like family. I felt incredibly cared for and valued throughout my time there. Georgie is a talented cook and an exceptional wood craftsman who built the home himself with love and dedication. Pamela’s helpfulness and warm, comforting energy made every day brighter... being around her felt like a constant, reassuring hug. I was initially nervous about visiting La Digue since I was working remotely, but the internet connection at their place was the best I experienced anywhere in Seychelles ... fast, stable, and reliable. One thing to keep in mind: the property is located at the top of a hill, so getting up and down each day is a bit of a workout. But the views and the warmth of the hosts make it more than worth the effort, especially the sunsets. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Leaving felt like saying goodbye to family, that’s how special the connection was. I will be back!

Diese Unterkunft ist einfach traumhaft in jeder Hinsicht. Genialer Ausgangspunkt, um die schöne Insel zu erkunden. Gleich in der Nachbarschaft befindet sich einer der schönsten Stände der Insel überhaupt (Sunset Beach). Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Erwähnenswert ist die grosse Terrasse mit wunderbarem Blick auf das Meer. 3 Badezimmer gibt es auch nicht so oft. Und dann natürlich die Topbetreuung seitens Christophe, seiner Mutter Mary und Bruder Gian. Wir kommen gerne wieder zu euch!

Le logement proposé par Annie et son mari était au delà de nos espérances! Beau, bien décoré, bien agencé et lavé et rangé quotidiennement. Annie a toujours été réactive à mes messages et nous a accueillis chaleureusement. Elle est aussi adorable que son logement est beau. De plus, elle nous a laissé profiter de la piscine toute la dernière journée et a été flexible sur les horaires de checkout. Nous la recommandons les yeux fermés et reviendrons avec plaisir

Best Airbnb that I ever stayed in!!! Mary met us at the place to let us in and showed us the way around this beautiful house. It was better than the pictures! The view of the ocean from the porch was like a dream and was an amazing place to relax and enjoy the seychelles rain or shine. The bed was comfortable and the view from the shower was just as good as from the porch! The kitchen was stocked with anything you need to cook a great meal! There was only 2 of us, but it would be a great place to stay with 3 couples as it is a 3br/3ba and you could still have privacy. Renting a car is recommended for Mahe as a whole but the location of the house was close enough for my boyfriend to take a nice run every morning to Beau Vallon Beach or a quick walk to Sunset beach. Mary and her son were very responsive and there is even a cute doggy than came to greet us daily when we pulled the car into the driveway. I wish I could pick up this house and bring it everywhere I go!

Un accueil inoubliable : fruits frais, bouteille de vin, sourires… Beverly sait recevoir ! On se sent en vacances dès la première minute. La villa est encore plus belle qu’en photo : climatisée, parfaitement équipée, décorée avec goût, d’un confort absolu. La piscine est incroyable, et la vue… à couper le souffle. Chaque lever de soleil est un spectacle. Tout est à proximité, mais le calme règne. C’est un vrai havre de paix. Le service est irréprochable : disponibilité, gentillesse, discrétion. Beverly a tout prévu pour que chaque instant soit parfait. On repart avec des étoiles plein les yeux et une seule envie : revenir. Merci pour ce petit coin de paradis!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt: - sehr geräumiges und voll ausgestattetes Appartment - sehr sauber - Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Tür - kleiner Supermarkt fußläufig zu erreichen - Appartment ist vom Fähranleger fußläufig zu erreichen - ein Auto ist zu empfehlen, Bushaltestelle ist aber in der Nähe Wir können das Appartment wärmstens empfehlen.

Alloggio nuovo, moderno e pulitissimo situato a Grand Anse, gestito da Gela e la sua famiglia. Host ricettivo ed amichevole. Avevamo chiesto la possibilità di check-in anticipato, ma non è stato possibile. Ci hanno comunque accolto con un gustoso coco e si sono resi disponibili a tenerci le valigie sino all’orario del check-in. L’appartamento garden al piano terra è ampio e spazioso. È dotato di una piccola terrazza sul giardino condominiale. La cucina è ampia e dotata di ogni elettrodomestico, ma un po’ carente di stoviglie (non erano presenti i bicchieri, c’erano due posate per tipo, una sola pentola ed una tazza). Non sono presenti essenziali (olio, sale e zucchero) ma abbiamo trovato qualche uovo e due bottigliette d’acqua in frigo molto gradite. L’aria condizionata è presente solo in camera ed in soggiorno cucina è presente una grande pala. Parcheggio interno chiuso con cancello è dotato di telecamere. Posizione ottima per visitare l’isola è comodissima ai servizi. Da consigliare!

Wir hatten ein paar tolle Tage in Praslin. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und ist gut ausgestattet für Selbstversorger. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr flexibel mit dem Check in und hat uns noch einen Mietwagen organisiert. Ein Nachteil ist, dass in der Nachbarschaft mehrere Hunde bellen. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, ist es jedoch aushaltbar. Wir empfehlen einen Mietwagen für Praslin. Vom Ort der Unterkunft sind die Strände sonst nur schwer erreichbar. Bushaltestellen sind in der Nähe. Man wartet aber meist ziemlich lang auf den Bus und verliert dann wertvolle Zeit. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen. Unser Highlight: Die Waschmaschine :)

Logement propre, bien situé, très belle terrasse. ce que je reproche : 1/ les 2 lits des 2 enfants ont été rajouté après notre arrivée, on a été obligé de bouger le canapé, la table du salon, le séjour était beaucoup trop exiguë pour accueillir 2 lits supplémentaires, un peu trop camping pour les 6 nuits passées. 2/ manque beaucoup de choses dans la cuisine : aucun saladier, 3 verres, nous étions 4. La bouilloire ne pouvait pas fonctionner, puisque la prise ne correspondait pas ! pas de produit de première nécessité, comme huile, vinaigre, café... 3/ aucune réponse au mail que j’ai envoyé le soir de notre arrivée, alors que nous étions là pour 6 nuits. pour résumer, si vous êtes en couple, le logement est parfait, si vous êtes plus, assurez-vous qu'il y aura des lits supplémentaires.
