We loved our peaceful stay at Kari’s Airbnb. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the raptors, soaking in the hot tub, and making snores over the fire pit. Can’t wait to come back!

The Trout Creek Cabin was such a magical place! Nestled along a serene creek off a quiet country road about 20 min from Lanesboro, we loved our morning coffee on the deck enjoying the multitude of songbirds. The cabin was perfect for our anniversary weekend to escape the noise of people and fully relax in nature, but with comfy amenities and a glorious whirlpool under the stars! Suzette, Andrew, & Mindy thought of all the personal touches from a nice coffee/tea assortment, a bottle of wine, bathrobes, spongy slippers, little label signs - and much more! We loved the design and colors of the house throughout, and a lovely deck to take in all the nature! Day trips to Lanesboro were not a long drive as the countryside is spectacular, just takes about 20 mins. We hope to be back and maybe we’ll bring our son next time.

We loved this property!! We appreciated being able to bring our pups with us and enjoy the scenery!! We absolutely loved the hot tub and to be able to enjoy the sunset from the porch. Highly recommend this property.

Second time staying here and we just love it! So relaxing and such a beautiful area. Enjoy watching the cows, hanging out with the friendly cats, and sitting in the hot tub. This place has everything you need! We will be back!

This was our second stay here & we will be back again! The property is so beautiful & quiet. The hot tub is really nice & it is so fun to lounge in there while watching/petting/feeding the horses. My son LOVED taking their paddle boat out on their beautiful pond, and my sister & I enjoyed this too. We ended up spending a lot of time on it, & even though the owners and the other guests were somewhere on the property, we didn’t really see anybody else during our time out there (which we appreciated because we weren’t looking to mingle). We cooked all our meals there & there was space in the fridge for everything & they had all the pots, pans, and everything else we needed to make all meals. The beds are comfy & the big window is so beautiful to gaze out of when you wake up. It was nice not hearing any noise from the roads or anything, & i felt like there was enough privacy from the main house & the other air bnb property. Overall a really magical weekend for all three of us :)

Absolutely beautiful location, very peaceful and private. Loved how “out there” it was, definitely a scenic drive but worth it! House was very very clean and comfortable. Bed is super nice memory foam! Great host with good communication. Definitely would recommend to other couples, we will be back!

Excellent cozy cabin in the woods! Very private setting feels like your a part of nature, lots of birds and deer around the cabin. Very nice touches around the cabin - high quality beds, sheets, linens, and even blankets. Comfortable couches and chairs inside and outside. Highly recommend!!

We loved our getaway at this sweet cabin. it was the most kid friendly air BNB we have ever stayed at: the perfect blend of serenity and flexibility, toys and games and plastic cups, clear expectations about what is available and what is off limits, lovely decorations and not over the top or breakable, space for kiddos and for grownups. not super sound proof but nothing a white noise machine can't solve. and the best part was the opportunity to explore the woods and trails and the creek! for hours of screen free entertainment. highly recommend!

The cabin is in a beautiful location and the huge front space was so great for the dogs. I really appreciated her ease of check in and her prompt response time. She was flexible with us regarding our check out time and that was hugely appreciated . This was our second time at the cabin and will always recommend

Awesome spot to stay if you're in the area fishing like I was. 15 minutes to some of the best trout fishing in the country and this spot makes an awesome base camp. Gunnar and Keri are super hosts and made everything easy for us. Their spot is quaint easy and quiet with plenty of room.

Everything, as usual, was wonderful. I have stayed here several times and have future stays booked. The cabins are super cozy no matter what time of year. This was an odd stay weather-wise, as the in-floor heat was needed overnight (oh that is the BOMB, especially in winter!) and the a/c in the afternoon was needed sometimes. Either way - easily stayed completely comfortable! I can't say enough good about Andy Mountain. As a lone female traveler, I can attest to how safe and at home you'll feel there. The cabins/campground have a neighborhood feel and everyone is always friendly. It's nice to have your own private space with covered porch, grill, and fire pit right there. Also of note is that there are dishes, silverware etc and a full size fridge so you can do all of your own cooking if you're not going to be out and about. Great stay - best place I've ever stayed and will continue to stay there in the future!

I wanted to be immersed in nature and Liz’s cabin was just the ticket! Quiet, peaceful, and beautiful scenery with an amazing backstory for the rustic cabin! I loved our short 3 day stay without cell service and tv, perusing great Liz’s book collection, enjoying the trails on her property and listening to the birds early in the morning! ❤️Liz and her husband were very welcoming and genuine. The toilet and shower were not a problem—in fact we were very impressed with their functionality! These two city folk rate this trip 9.5 and expect to come back again next spring! Thank you for an absolutely perfect stay.

My family and I stayed at the Driftless Escape Cabin and had a wonderful time! The interior was even more beautiful in person with plenty of space for my whole family. The Kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfy and they had everything you needed. The property was gorgeous with lots of open space and amazing views. We loved playing in the yard and s’mores by the fire. And even though the cabin is close to town, we still felt like we were miles away in nature and truly disconnected!!

This place was perfect and cozy. We loved the view! Nancy was quick and easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to come back!

What a gorgeous location and equally amazing home. Thanks to the hosts for graciously sharing such a pristine cabin in the woods for us to enjoy as we celebrated a big birthday milestone. If you fly fish or are just looking for peace in the wilderness, look nowhere else. We're already talking about coming back annually.

Kimberly was easy to work with and quickly responded. She was flexible when I needed to change my dates. The place was amazing. Such a great spot. One of the best parts was the bird feeder in the front window. Would definitely stay here again.

We had the best long weekend staying at the Firefly Cabin! The location was perfect - close enough to town to easily access all the restaurants/stores, but remote enough to enjoy nature in a peaceful, quiet setting. We especially loved the fire pit and the s’mores kit left for us by Pam! She was a thoughtful and responsive host - we really appreciated her clear communication!

Looking for a relaxing weekend with the family with a ton of potential for memories that last a lifetime? Look no further than this hidden gem in De Soto. I've frequently traveled south craving "southern hospitality", little did I know, just a couple hours north had "Midwestern hospitality"! Justin was very responsive initially when asking about his property, very knowledgeable about surrounding activities as well as great watering holes if you catch my drift. The cabin is decorated perfectly and it immediately makes you take a deep breath and smile knowing that you are home. There is plenty of room for you and your family to stretch out, play games, go fishing off of your own private dock, walk to the Rivers Edge and grab a bite to eat (less than a 5 minute walk), etc. If you've got a boat, bring it!! Don't miss out on the local wineries at your stay either! rate 10/5! Can't wait to return!

Beautiful home nestled in a quiet, secluded location - an ideal place to unwind and recharge. We loved spending our evenings by the fire, exploring the trails, and soaking in the surrounding nature, including a wonderful variety of birds and wildlife. Corey is a welcoming and kind host. Highly recommended, and we definitely plan to return!
