The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

This house is situated in a large garden with many trees. It has a south facing aspect from hills above Lyon with a wonderful view to the alps on a clear day. A peacefully situated rural setting in which to relax with your family. 2 local restaurants 300m, nearest shops 2Km, Lyon centre 10Km.
