The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Completely refurbished 35 m2 apartment. It is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator of a beautiful old building located on Quai de Saône. You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether for business or pleasure. It has a bathroom with walk-in shower, a small separate toilet, a large bright living room with open kitchen and a bedroom. Oak parquet flooring, fireplace, ceiling height, we have kept the old charm!
