Perfect!!!! Martine and Richard are really exemplary hosts! The place is really a small peaceful oasis, quiet, peaceful and maintained to perfection. Despite the language barrier, we were able to understand each other without any problems and even had the opportunity to share a little moment around a small glass of wine. 🤗 Dark (my 4-legged friend) clearly approved, I would even say LOVED! We enjoyed our stay, our host provided us directions to the closest bakery, was friendly and responsive, the garden is beautiful and serene.

The gite is perfect, everything you need for an ideal stay, the swimming pool is a perfect size for a little one and also is you want to do a few lengths. The garden and barn is spectacular, the perfect space to escape from the heat and eat in a beautiful place. The hosts, Sue and Paul, are so accommodating and so very welcoming, it’s been the best stay and we did not want to go home!! We have already booked to come back, an amazing stay 👍👍👍👍

accommodation close to the ENSOA where my son was doing an internship. Many stores within 5 minutes and a good restaurant. The city of Saint Maixent is very pretty. Annie's welcome was warm and very friendly.

Impeccable accommodation for a business trip

A gem of a place ! It is not easy to find places in the region that are not exorbitantly expensive or furnished from grandma's leftovers; this hits a perfect note with a mixture of stylish antiques and comfort, everything has been thought of down to the Savon de Marseille in the bathrooms! Clearly lots of love has been poured into the house and it shows, from a well stocked larder with everyday essentials (including coffee pods for the machine) to the lovely welcome hamper. The garden at the back overlooking the old monastery is perfect and very secluded and even though it was only April I managed to eat outside each morning and evening (there are 3 other terraces too). The host is on hand easily for tips on where to eat or visit if needed. Tusson is a great village with a good places to eat including the wonderful Gateaux for amazing cakes.

He was able to welcome us warmly and make us feel at ease from the first moments. As for her house, it's simply magnificent. You can feel that every detail has been carefully thought out to provide optimal comfort. The cleanliness was impeccable, the amenities were modern and functional, and the general atmosphere of the house was both elegant and friendly. Very nice cottage , well equipped and clean, comfortable beds. The exteriors are so beautiful by the water, with this first spring sun, it was perfect! Caroline had given us all the necessary information in advance and Ludivine was present upon arrival to explain everything to us. We had a lovely stay with the family!

⭐ Exceptional! We had an absolutely perfect stay at this B&B. The welcome was warm from the moment we arrived, the hosts are lovely, caring and always available. The room was impeccable: clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and the bed was unusually comfortable. The setting is quiet, relaxing, ideal for recharging your batteries. A place that we recommend without a second thought, and where we will come back without hesitation!

The house is very pleasant, spacious and bright, and well-equipped, in accordance with the description, in a natural and quiet environment. Everything was perfectly clean, the bed linens too. We were able to enjoy the outdoors and the barbecue, it was perfect! We will come back without hesitation the next time we return to this beautiful region of the Poitevin marsh.

Estelle's accommodation is quiet along a very nice river for resting even if I was there for work it allowed me to relax in the evening I recommend it to all nature lovers in addition Estelle is a very nice host. I would definitely recommend this place if you're going to the Niort side.

Loved our stay at this place!

We came for a golf competition in NIORT that weekend, we found this house 5 minutes from the golf course in perfect condition, very well equipped, and as it was a sports weekend, we left in the morning and returned in the evening around 8:00 p.m., fortunately the excellent bedding of this accommodation allowed us to recharge the batteries optimally. It was perfect. The small outdoor area provided was perfect (although it may deserve a small BBQ or small plancha) otherwise everything was very good. The geographical location allows quick access to the city center and is 5 minutes from the access to the main roads and for the reason of our stay it was perfect.

Fanny's place is lovely! The hot tub allows total relaxation! In addition, Fanny is very attentive. Having stayed in the accommodation during the hot weather, she kindly provided us with a fan.

What can I say, a few nice touches: fruit basket, milk, coffee, juice, brioches... A place of beauty! Furnished with a lot of taste and a great level of equipment, we were fully satisfied or even more. We recommend this cottage, we were seven adults and the conditions were beyond our expectations. Don't change anything. Maryline, Nathalie, Chloé, Cécile, Mathis, Pascal and Henri.

A wonderful little romantic stay. The loft has everything you need for total disconnection. A little piece of heaven tastefully decorated in a quiet and peaceful environment.
