We are located between the towns of Bressuire, Thouars, Cholet & Saumur. Close to several theme parks (please see guide book). Located a few minutes from lake Hautibus. Village amenities include a boulangerie 2 mins from door, pharmacy, small supermarket and village bar, weekly market in square on Thursdays.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Babeth's. She is an exceptional host, warm and caring, who genuinely takes care of her guests. The setting is simply amazing: a private outdoor space, not overlooked, offering a breathtaking view of the Loire Valley. The space itself also benefits from this splendid view, making the experience even more magical. The accommodation is very well appointed, decorated with great taste, and nothing is missing to feel at home. Everything is thought out in every detail, and the many little touches throughout the stay really make all the difference. A true haven of peace that we recommend without a second thought. Claire was a welcoming host. Check-in and check-out times have been flexible. The cottage is spacious and bright. The bedding is impeccable, the cottage allows you to enjoy the quiet of the countryside. Board games and outdoor games are available (ping-pong table, darts, etc. This is accompanied by a small terrace that overlooked the kitchen (very convenient). We have the opportunity to enjoy a large garden with vegetation (tulip, marsh oak, plum tree, etc.) and vegetable garden. Our host has animals (horses, goats, chickens) that can be seen. Claire offered us hiking and/or biking trails. The cottage is very well located, to visit in particular, the park of Maulévrier (4 km) the lake of Verdon but also the Puy du Fous. We had a great time, too short a stay (3 days). Thank you very much Claire.
