Monthly Rentals in La Concha

Charo and Marcos are super friendly hosts! Charo was waiting for us and had baked a delicious tortilla and cheesecake. The dining table was full of all kinds of delicacies! It was cool outside and the heating was already turned on for us. It is a lovely house in a small village close to the highway and Santander. We enjoyed it and would love to come back!

An amazing experience! The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature, fruit trees and a lot of tranquility. The house is just as seen in the photos, very well equipped and with everything you need to feel at home. In addition, we had the best company: Elmo and the kittens. Definitely a place we'd go back to.

The apartment is just what we were looking for and the owner Silvia is very friendly. She was always available for questions we had both on arrival (and before) and during our two-week stay. He has had pretty gestures too: Nos gave some fruit from his garden, replaced us glasses of wine that were broken and gave us recommendations of places nearby (restaurants, villages, laundromats, supermarkets, etc.). The apartment is clean, nice and also with a very nice view from the terrace. The truth is that we have nothing else to say, everything was perfect. Thank you so much for everything Silvia and we hope to return. Die Wohnung ist perfekt und die Besitzerin Silvia sehr freundlich. Sie hat immer schnell geantwortet und war hilfsbereit - vor&bei der Ankunft und während unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthaltes. Außerdem hat sie uns Obst aus ihrem Garten geschenkt und uns einige Tipps für die Umbung gegeben (Restaurants, Waschsalon, Supermarkt etc.). 10/10, Danke Silvia
