It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

In our accommodation, completely renovated and brand new, you will find the maximum details to make your stay perfect. We have 2 bicycles, air conditioning, TV with more than 300 channels, high-speed WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, and the necessary small appliances. Maspalomas is in a privileged location where you can enjoy the relaxation of its immense beaches and at the same time be able to visit the best leisure areas of the island. The chicken coop used to be here. But there's almost nothing left to see of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. The "chip" can also be changed quickly by car. 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.

The Finca on 600 m is situated alone in the mountains, 8 km from the beach and 2 km from the village. The access is a dirt road of 350 m which might be a bit difficult for some drivers, but you can leave the car at the entrance and we transport the luggage. Enjoy nature and silence! We grow fruit trees and herbs for our own consumption, all organic and produce our energy with sun and wind.

My sunny apartment in the best area of Meloneras, very close to the beach,shopping centres, supermarket, restaurants and others... whit free parking for cars and very close to the bus station. Is a safe place and a quite complex. The apartment takes all the sun from during the day till the afternoon. Include all the things for the kitchen, towels and free internet too... :)

The property offers a great terrace with a view and a shady dining area. The beds are comfortable, the furnishings look mostly new and are tasteful. We stayed there for 5 nights and felt very much at home. We liked to use the communal pool, where we were always alone. The beaches are easy to reach, even a restaurant, otherwise you definitely need a car to get to know the beauties of the island. Compared to the large neighboring towns, it is probably rather quiet, but the whole area is very touristy if you have been in the north or in the mountains before.

I’m sure this has been said already in other reviews but Villa Morelli was extremely well appointed and immaculately presented. In a private setting but close enough to walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Loved the sound system and the iPad controls for the outdoor lighting, added an extra premium touch. Pool was lovely and warm and very relaxing - 5 stars from us!

The place was really nice, the complex was really quiet and peaceful and felt safe. Having the pool only like a 10 second walk away from the house was also very nice to have. It is in a great location and the beaches are like a 30 min or less walk away. There are a few shops near by which was good. I liked that there was a washing machine so that I could go back home with clean clothes. Overall great place to stay.

Thanks to our host for the great accommodation near the beach. The accommodation is located a very short walk from the sand dunes. The swimming pool was a great bonus and the sun loungers were nice to sunbathe on. In warm weather, the air conditioning is also a good addition to the well-equipped apartment. The apartment was clean. The bed was really soft and the location was quiet for a good night's sleep. The street noises can be heard in the apartment well, but at least during our stay the street was a quiet side street at night. If we come to Maspalomas again, we will check if this apartment is available.
