Our house is quiet, very close to the city center (10 min walk) at the end of a shopping street (supermarket, bakery, caterer, tobacco, bookstore, wine shops) with bars + restaurants. The garden is very nice, with ping-pong table. The Talensac market is 5 minutes' walk away. Children’s public garden 2 steps away. Tram station at 2mn on foot, then 5 minutes to reach the central station of Nantes. A very cuddly cat keeps the house. He sleeps outside in the summer and has his snack machine outside.
