The cottage Ô Lunain, 40 m2 house located in Nonville , village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Peaceful haven in a property with 4 hectares of garden, woods and river. We live there in another home,we would be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood-burning stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age as a safety measure ( river).

Charming independent studio with fireplace, completely renovated, overlooking a beautiful common courtyard. Located between the Fontainebleau Forest hiking trails and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us ( included in the price). Just so you know, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) in order to offer more comfort to visitors. Rental of bicycles (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions in the last photo of the listing).

Close to all amenities, you will find a bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, tobacco bar and the "express 47" bus line that connects Provins – Nangis – Melun station within a one-minute walk. You will also be 5-10 min drive from NANGIS or MORMANT train stations. Direct line to PARIS GARE DE L'EST. A key box is available which makes your arrival completely autonomous and tailored to your needs.

The Bidou

Studio created in semi-buried basement made of reclaimed materials and a new sofa bed and also a dry toilet for ecological purposes. Quiet thanks to its insulation despite a nearby railway. As a foster family for abandoned animals, our 4-legged friends are of course welcome. However, we prefer that they do not remain alone in an unknown environment to avoid any damage. We've put a lot of time and money into offering you a cozy little nest.

The Alley Workshop: between the Seine and the forest

Charming apartment nestled in a picturesque village on the banks of the Seine. Just 35 minutes from Paris by train. You will be close to the Fontainebleau forest, a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. A 10-minute drive from Fontainebleau, you will also have easy access to the cultural richness of the region, with its many castles and museums. For a peaceful stay, an electric vehicle charging station is available in the heart of the village.
