The 56 m2 refurbished apartment (and equipped for a baby) is bright and not overlooked, overlooking a large quiet and wooded courtyard on one side, in a lively and pleasant area. It is conveniently located a 5/10-minute walk from Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est and a stone's throw from Canal Saint-Martin. The Château Landon metro station is at the bottom of the apartment. It is surrounded by many shops and neighborhood restaurants, including Rue du Faubourg St Martin and along the Canal.

Cozy and bright apartment!

Ideal for living Parisian life for a weekend as a couple or alone! Very well located in the 18th arrondissement: 15 minutes' walk from Montmartre/10 minutes from La Villette. Direct access to central Paris (Marx Dormoy metro) and direct access to the Stade de France (Bus 153) The neighborhood, popular and lively, is filled with nice bars and restaurants. This is the apartment I live in, I am very attached to it. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! No TV but chromecast and screen

Very nice fully equipped 15 square meter maid's room (kitchen, shower, oven etc.)Small balcony with unique views of the rooftops of Paris! In the heart of the African and popular district of Paris 18(great restaurants nearby and bar) Very lively in the evening in the streets! Close to Gare du Nord ( 8-minute walk) as well as 3 metro lines ( 2,4,12) to move throughout Paris . The room is on the 6th floor WITHOUT elevator, private toilet at the accommodation ON the LANDING.

Quiet 20 m2 studio. Located on the outskirts of Paris. Close to the Stade de France and the flea market. A living room with fitted kitchen. A bedroom/sleeping area with storage closet. Bathroom with toilet (macerator). Small space that we tried to make nice at an affordable price. Please do not hesitate to contact us for early check-in or late check-out. Hours can be extended to make your stay easier and more comfortable.

Notre appartement est unique, avec une décoration pointue et une vue imprenable sur tout Paris depuis la terrasse donnant notamment directement sur le Sacré-Coeur. Le grand salon et la salle à manger tout en baie vitrée sont plein sud et hyper lumineux toute la journée. Tous les meubles et les matériaux ont été réfléchis pour en faire un espace extremement chaleureux et apaisant.

Frédéric is a very generous, welcoming host. He offered tours of the surrounding area, and we had tea in the garden the morning after my arrival. I had a lovely stay.

the place was great and close to metro station. the cleanliness of the place was good. Mokhtar is a great host. he was proactive in ensuring our stay was comfortable. he also offered late check out as our travel time was in the evening. definitely recommend this place

An absolute delight to stay in Carole's art-filled and art-infused space. Amazing location, clean and comfortable. Carole was wonderfully helpful and flexible with checking in and out of the space. Although I only made a fleeting one night stay, top of my list for a return visit! Highly recommend.

Celine was very welcoming and a great host. Easy to engage with and pleasant to speak with. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. It was an easy 10-15 walk from the Metro. The recommended boulangerie was a great place for croissants and more! Would recommend here for any solo traveller
