La Joncière

Charming farmhouse on the outskirts of Nevers and Magny-Cours, yet located in a charming country village. Thanks to its proximity to the highway (5 km/3 miles), you can quickly reach Pouilly-sur-Loire and Sancerre for wonderful winery tours, as well as Nevers. Ideal for family gatherings, you can enjoy the (unheated) swimming pool, beautiful walks in the forest, and a multi-sport field. The house is in the heart of the village; noisy groups or parties are strictly prohibited.

Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!
