Monthly Rentals in La Caleta de Interián

My girlfriend and I decided to spend 3 months in winter at Silvia's place to avoid the cold and it was the best decision ever! The place is really modern and so nice to live in (especially with the big roof terrace). There are some great restaurants in walking distance (3-5 mins) and you are only minutes away from the sea with amazing walks to Los Silos. We really enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend to stay here!

Can say/give nothing but glowing report! Ramon and montse are fabulous hosts and now friends! The apartment exceeded my expections as did ramon and montse! They were always there to help and had answers to all my questions - and on top of that, always friendly and cheerful and wonderful! Montse and i had lots of laughs while we tried to understand each other! Thank you both for making my 3 months the best ever! With much affection, betsi (or isabel or chabela! Xoxoxo!

Christian was very proactive in sending us instructions and good addresses. The views are very nice. The apartment is better than in the photos, the sofa has been changed. 🙂 Very well-equipped, washing machine and dishwasher with doses, very appreciable. Namely, the apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator access. The area is very quiet, but the soundproofing in the residence is quite light, you can easily hear the neighbors. I don't think we were very lucky, but the sky was still overcast with a lot of wind (early June), while 30 minutes away by car, we found the sun and the heat. The city is quite small and not very lively, for people who want peace and quiet, it's very good, otherwise it's better to drive a little to visit the surroundings. 1-1.20 hours from Teide hikes, 1 hour from Los Gigantes and Puerto de la Cruz, the location is good if you like to move 🙂

Beautiful apartment. Everything is super tidy and with everything you need to be comfortable. Maria was super friendly and recommended activities near the house.
