It consists of a living room-kitchen-dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a closed porch. Housing area 30m2 (excluding the porch of about 6m2). It has a large terrace with views and a small garden down stairs with a solarium and barbecue. To access the house, there is a right of way through the neighboring house.
