Cosy, rural, comfortable apartment plus terrace.

Our ground-floor apartment is close to Barneville-Carteret - sea plus forest. This apartment is entirely separate and a completely private space with its own bathroom and small kitchen. There is one king-size bed, or this can split into two single beds - please advise preferences. Sunny enclosed terrace. The apartment does adjoin the gite and our house next to it, so some minimal noise is possible between the internal walls of the properties.

Located in the Parc Régional des Marais du Cotentin, it is adjoining our house and consists of a kitchen, shower/WC room on the ground floor. Upstairs, a living room and on the second floor, 2 bedrooms with a 140 bed. There is a shower room/toilet on the landing. Sheets and linens are provided
