Clean and nice place. An enclosed exterior so ideal if children (and animals which is our case). 5-minute walk to the sea by a rather pleasant little path. I recommend it.

I really recommend Maëlle's property... We felt very good there... We loved spending a few days there... The contact with our host was very friendly, she gave us very useful advice both for our walks, the local creperies... It was a pleasure to meet her.

We had a great week at the place and felt completely comfortable. Hubertina and Bernard are very pleasant hosts, you feel right at home. The small cottage is very cozy and stylishly furnished, everything is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped, we often cooked. The stairs to the bedroom have narrow steps and are steep, so you have to be careful. There is plenty to discover in the area and we got great tips. We are more than happy to recommend.

Very well located apartment with beach nearby, quality local shops at the bottom of the building. The accommodation is nice and functional with many amenities and a large terrace that makes a difference. The possibility of using bicycles is also a big advantage of this accommodation. In total agreement with the positive comments of other visitors: you can go there without so much as a second thought. A significant advantage: the private parking space, especially in high season. In short, an ideal vacation spot. Also worth mentioning: the excellent sound insulation of the bay windows, and the whole building which is very quiet. A great apartment!

Studio as described, perfect for two people Ideally located, everything is on foot from the accommodation: embankment of La Baule, Port du Pouliguen, local shops, restaurants No private parking space, but there's an easy and free street parking spot. small downside: Cluttered bike room - difficult or impossible to put bikes in safety

We had a great time, Patricia's apartment is faithful to the descriptions. Everything was clear and transparent. The accommodation is perfectly clean and functional. It is in a very good location, close to the beach and cafes/restaurants. The apartment is really exceptional and the view is a dream. Communication was super friendly and Kate and her husband are very nice people! There is therefore a personal handover of the keys. The kitchen is above average well equipped. Unfortunately, we didn't have much luck with the weather. You should consider this before booking, otherwise you will not be able to use the beautiful terrace due to wind and rain. All in all, we liked it very much 🍀

Very nice apartment. Well equipped, even coffee capsules were replenished in the stock by the very friendly Valery. Convenient parking, pleasant 10-15 minute walk to all major shops and many good restaurants. For two people, the apartment is ideal.

Excellent stay. Smiling and pleasant welcome, responsive and agile. Ideal accommodation for families with lots of little extras (games, books, toilet reducer, kitchen equipment, etc.). Tastefully decorated, pleasant and practical, feet in the water! We'll be back without hesitation ;-)

The apartment has an excellent location. At the end of the garden, the sea. It is very very clean and above all very well maintained. Cedric and Caroline are charming and warm hosts. This is the second time we've come and always with pleasure.
