Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

It is located 150m from the village square (shops, ice rink) and 200 meters from the downhill ski slopes (departure from the chairlift, ESF ski lesson). The accommodation is part of our main residence but is separated from it by a loggia, which makes it autonomous. It is 1050 m above sea level and is located in a very quiet hamlet, close to Lake Serre Ponçon (10 min) and ski resorts including those of Réallon (20 min), Ancelle, Les Orres. Large choices of hiking and bike tours, various water sports, swimming at Lake Serre-Ponçon and high altitude lakes.
