Relax at this peaceful place to stay: Relax with the whole family, in 2024 we'll open a swimming pool The house is located in a pine forest area about 250 meters from the sea, which can be accessed on foot. It is a very quiet area, without noise, so you can hear the sound of the sea. It has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two twin beds, a very spacious living room and two bathrooms with shower, one inside the house and the other outside.

The internet connection is fiber optic (600Mb/s). The house is in a pine forest area and 100 meters from the beach. It is minimalist and very comfortable. To ensure accessibility, we arranged the main double bedroom with a 150cm bed with an en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with a 135cm double bed on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms; one with 2 beds and the other with a trundle bed (2 singles) and a double bed.

It is located in the heart of the Bay of Cadiz. Easily accessible from the A48, the bus stops are a few meters from the plot. Good communication with municipalities like Jerez, San Fernando, Conil, Vejer de la Frontera, Barbate. 7 minutes to the supermarkets, natural beach of Sancti Petri 3 minutes, Barrosa beach 5 minutes, golf courses, boating, marina and kayak routes.
