The interiors have been designed by a well known (local) interior designer to enhance the canerian ambience, and exteriors by a specialist architect from Mallorca, and spread over 375 sqm 4036 sqf of garden terraces and sunshaded chill out areas including a mature subtropical/Palm gardens, a private Infinity swimming pool 3.00 wide x 5.50 long, plus 150 Cm to 170 cm deep, heated in winter/autumn/early spring with a featured covered lounge terrace and large L shaped daybed/garden sofa, coffee table, and subdued led garden and overhead lighting , a wind protected sunbathing terrace , with sun-loungers and designer sunshades with rustling palm trees with wild nesting canaries, overlooking the coastline and islands of Lobos, and Fuerteventura. The great happiness

Just 200 m from the sea and yet protected from the wind, is Casa Kalisat "House of Happiness." Surrounded by breathtaking volcanic landscape, the clear starry sky at night, the power of the tides, you will find peace and closeness to nature in a beautiful living atmosphere. Throughout the village you can be undressed. Nudism is welcome here, but not mandatory. There is a supermarket in Charco and several good island-typical restaurants in Mala and Arrieta, where there is also a long, flat sandy beach, suitable for children and surfers. A protected swimming area (200 m) made of natural lava rock allows swimming at high tide all year round. A rock (500 m) with a step ladder is the perfect access to the sea for swimmers and divers. Several hiking trails start behind the house. The most beautiful leads directly to the excursion point “Jardin de Cactus”, by the famous island artist César Manrique.

Cozy studio - air-conditioned - with large, beautifully landscaped garden and solar-heated pool, located in a quiet private street in Mácher. Live centrally, with the supermarket right next door and still be on your own, after a great day of excursions sit with a glass of wine on the terrace, or swim a few laps in the solar-heated pool... that's how the vacation could be! :) And if you have to work, you can do so in the new, private office right by the pool.
