Monthly Rentals in La Alcaidesa

The house was nicely. Clean and with lots of light. Very nicely decorated and cozy. What I liked the least is that there is nothing to do nearby, no store, no bar, no beach access, no park. You had to take the car for everything. But otherwise everything was great. Totally recommended. One drawback, we didn't know the water heater was off and we couldn't shower when we arrived because there was no hot water.

Amazing stay. The place is super spacious, comfortable, and always fresh. We barely needed the AC, but it works great when needed. The pool was perfect, and the area is peaceful and family-friendly, with kind and respectful neighbors. Paul and Josie were incredible hosts. I mostly spoke with Paul and he was always available, flexible, and helpful with anything we needed. Communication was smooth throughout. Location is great too: Playa El Faro and Playa La Alcaidesa are both nearby and beautiful. Everything is easy to reach. The house has a magical, welcoming feel, perfect for making memories. The pool table was a great bonus, and we really enjoyed using it. As a musician, I also loved their music taste, especially the Beatles, it made me feel right at home with a guitar that I enjoyed playing. Overall, this was a five-star experience, and we’d love to come back if we return to Sotogrande. Thanks again, Paul and Josie.

Very good apartment and well equipped, I just suggest checking the lighting. It's cold lighting and in the bedroom the appliance gives off a light that's too powerful. Otherwise, everything was excellent and Nela was very friendly and connected at all times. He allowed us a late check-out at no cost, which was great!! Thanks again

A tranquil getaway with stunning coastal views, Ben’s apartment in San Roque was the perfect base for our much-needed relaxing holiday. The apartment was beautifully maintained, spacious, and comfortable. Ben was a thoughtful and attentive host, always ready to help when needed. Highly recommended!
