Très bon séjour dans ce très beau lieu, calme, paisible, sur la plage de Liparo, très peu fréquentée. Maison convenablement équipée, agréable à vivre, avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Petit bémol : la piste un peu difficile pour y accéder (SUV conseillé). Hôte agréable et discret. Bref, un séjour mémorable, à recommander !

Superbe petite maison au calme et dans un environnement paisible. Si vous voulez profiter du beau temps, du calme, du soleil, de la mer, du silence, cet endroit est fait pour vous. Plage à 2min à pieds avec une belle vie marine (on vous encourage à faire du snorkeling : poissons, poulpes, murènes, tortues de mer si vous avez de la chance). Voiture indispensable : les commerces sont à 15min de route.

Εξαιρετικη τοποθεσια, διπλα στη θαλασσα. Το καταλυμα και οι παροχες ειναι ακριβως οπως περιγραφονται. Πολυ ευγενικοι, επικοινωνιακοι και εξυπηρετικοι ιδιοκτητες.

Superbe logement dans un village calme et agréable. Très confortable pour une famille de quatre et le fait de disposer d’un parking était particulièrement appréciable. Ioannis est un hôte très réactif et sympathique.

Nice apartment well located with a beautiful view. Georgina has been reactive and her mother have been helpful.

This is our second time here. We LOVE this place. Perfect place in a perfect spot. Flampouria really is the best… solitary swims before 10am are such a rare thing. The sunsets are wonderful too. I really recommend this place to anyone who wants to rest and recharge by the sea. I also want to mention our wonderful hosts who have been so warm and kind to us on both occasions! Thank you for sharing this perfect spot. :)

This place is beautiful and overlooks the island perfectly. Very quiet and quaint. It is not located in Milos like it was originally posted. So we had some issues there. Kynthos is a beautiful island though. And it is non refundable so be mindful if you don’t want to spend 3 days at that particular place. It’s at the top of the hill so you will need a car to get around. During the time we went the wind was so bad we didn’t get to enjoy the pool. So I’d check the weather and make a sound judgement. The beds were comfortable and she provided espresso kcups. The kitchen had a lot of little Knick knacks that were mindful of the guests.

perfect for our needs. swimming pool definitely warmed up as the week went on with the gorgeous weather and we've now learnt to consider going later in the season to suit our needs better. but we cannot fault the pool facilities or host. very quiet and felt very safe for our young families. Great location and beautiful views but highly recommend car hire for shopping and day trips as nearest town is 15-20 minutes by car. highly recommend.

Incredible views, beautiful house and a big, deep pool. So peaceful. While there are lovely things to do on the island, we spent most of our time in/by the pool, looking out over the bay! The photos don’t do it justice. Fantastic and friendly communication from Nikos including lots of recommended places to visit. Great beach with gorgeous bar/restaurant within walking distance and good water sports in the next bay along. A non-touristy island where you feel you are seeing the true Greece.

Panos, le mari d'Oksana nous a accueilli et il était disponible pour des questions ou autres tout le long. Le complexe se situe a Pasha Bay, pas loin de la centralité de Lavrio et à quelques pas de la plage. Une voiture permet de visiter la région, se rendre aux tabernes et de faire les plus belles plages du coin, des vélos pourraient aussi faire l'affaire mais la route principale ne permet pas de rouler avec des enfants. La piscine est ouverte de 10 à 13h et de 17h30 à 20h ce qui est assez courant en Grèce (le monde s'arrête le temps de la sieste, mais il se peut que quelques voisins fans du jardinage ne s'arrêtent pas). La maison correspond très bien aux photos et à la description, rien ne manque et tout fonctionne. La terrasse profite du parfum des fleurs et de la vue su l'Egée. On conseille vivement!

We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sifnos and our time spent at the apartment. We were sad the pool wasn’t ready but Georgia more than made up for that by making us absolutely delicious breakfasts from the 7 Seas kitchen ! The views were stunning and the Ocean access was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay here! Everything was absolutely perfect! The villa is well equipped with everything you need for a week-long stay (or longer), and situated very close to shops in Lavrio for groceries. Waking up everyday to the beautiful sunrise over the sea with mountains in view was amazing. We were able to very comfortably fit our whole family here without any issues and there was still more space we could have used for additional people if needed. We definitely plan to come back here for more family vacations.

Communication between the manager and us was impeccable happy to order taxis and direct us to the shops, we were un fortunate to have gale force winds during our last two days but Rania ensured we were safe and happy. The approach to the villa is a little scary at first but once you get used to the steep decent your good to go, I would advise two smaller cars as apposed to a large people carrier which we had as turning can be tight for the larger cars,

A clean, comfortable, well laid out apartment that's just a hop, skip and jump from the quiet, relaxing beach. From the front porch, you get a clear view of the sea and mesmeric horizon. There was wi-fi, but it was a little temperamental. Our mobile phone signal was strong so it was a minor inconvenience. Also, the shower doesn't run hot, but with the temperatures we experienced a cool shower is what was mostly needed anyway. We stayed for 7 nights and could have doubled that time, happily. Semaine formidable dans cette maison sur la plage. Magnifique terrasse bien aérée et vue le soir sur un magnifique coucher de soleil. La plage est très belle et peu fréquentée, eau claire et parfait pour la baignade. La maison est très confortable également même si nous passions nos journées dehors. Un vrai bonheur de se réveiller au bord de la mer et de pouvoir se baigner sans avoir à prendre la voiture cela donne une dimension totalement différente aux vacances ! La maison est très bien située aussi dans Kea que nous avons découvert et adoré. Île sauvage avec des routes et des panoramas somptueux et peu touristique comparée à d’autres îles grecques. Very nice place, the view of the west side of the island is very pretty, you can see a beautiful sunset from the terrace which is very big ! The room itself is nice, the only thing missing for us would be a place to cook but otherwise it was very nice. You probably should have a car to access the place thought. Jakob was very quick to respond to our messages and he gave very good recommendations ! Overall we had a nice stay at his place !

Από την πρώτη στιγμή, οι οικοδεσπότες μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε καλοδεχούμενοι και ήταν διαθέσιμοι για να μας βοηθήσουν σε ό,τι κι αν χρειαστήκαμε. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται μόλις λίγα βήματα από την παραλία με πολύ όμορφη θέα και ηρεμία. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la partie extérieure qui a un point de vue absolument exceptionnel. Le jacuzzi ainsi que les aménagements permettent vraiment de profiter de l'endroit, qui est magique ! Le matin nous avons fait notre yoga devant cet incroyable paysage et nous avons profité de la plage juste à côté accessible très facilement à pieds. Il est important de savoir que le logement est mitoyen de l'habitation des propriétaires, ce qui peut vous gêner au niveau de l'intimité, mais toute la famille est adorable et charmante. Les chambres sont un peu petites, mais nous y avons bien dormi. Je recommande cet endroit !

Une de nos plus belles expériences. La situation de la maison est incroyable , la plage est splendide , les propriétaires charmants, aux petits soins et extrêmement discrets . Nous reviendrons , c’est sûr .
