This apartment was really so great, and I can say for sure that this was the best vacation of my life as the host was so friendly,so polite and the apartment was spectacular. It was very clean, modern furnished, and very big too. It was so luxurious with a great swimming pool which was very clean and you could get tanned there so quickly and so easily. It’s just 1 minute walking from the sea. The area is also so safe and quiet so if you wanna escape from the hustle and bustle of the daily routine, then this is the perfect place to go( it’s like a paradise being here)near the apartment there were restaurants with traditional cousine and very delicious food . Waiting impatiently to come back here.A great restaurant nearby there is Nikos restaurant, the food was so delicious if you like the sea food ! Highly recommended to everyone!

Το σπίτι ήταν υπέροχο, ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες, πολύ καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική, κοντά σε όλα τα σημαντικά σημεία αλλά ταυτόχρονα ήσυχη και χαλαρωτική. Η Γιολάντα ήταν εξαιρετική, πάντα πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει και πολύ φιλική. Σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα ξανά και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα! 👌

Communication, check in and check out were a breeze. We struggled with hot water and the owners father was there within 15 minutes to get us back up and running again. Spotless cleanliness. The kitchen, bathrooms, and common areas were all clean. We had a question, it was answered in minutes. Easy to find, quiet, spacious, and a great view. You'll need a car to get here and out and around. The village has the basics of what you would need, but be prepared to be looked at a bit askance. Otherwise be prepared for a small journey to town. We were fine with it as a trade for few people and lots of quiet. We would absolutely stay here again.

Ηταν μια σύντομη επίσκεψη λόγω δουλειάς, αρκετή πάντως για να σχηματίσουμε τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις για το σπίτι, τον εξοπλισμό του, την διαρύθμιση και οπωσδήποτε τον μεγάλο πανέμορφο , φροντισμένο και ολοπγυρα προστατευμένο κήπο. Ετσι το σκυλάκι μας ήταν πολύ χαρούμενο να κάνει τις βόλτες του και να εξερευνά. Πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια τα μαγαζιά και οι ταβέρνες των Αγίων Αποστόλων και η άμορφη πλαζ. Είναι βέβαιο πως με την πρώτη ευκαιρία θα επισκευτούμε πάλι τον υπέροχο αυτό χώρο με τους φιλικούς και ευγενικούς οικοδεσπότες του.

Claudia was kind, friendly and very helpful! Always responsive and sent over someone to help if we ever got stuck with something. The place is beautiful, clean and very peaceful. We loved the artwork selection and there’s so many places to break out and hang out in smaller groups. There’s like 4 huge balconies, 2 lounges, the beautiful back yard with the huge, very deep pool, second outdoor kitchen and dining area. We loved it. The surrounding area is beautiful and the nearby coastal towns are very sweet with lovely (pebbled) beaches.

We stayed in this home for a week and didn’t want to leave! The views are stunning, the pool was amazing (and very clean), and it was a quick 20 minute drive to Chalkida for groceries/dining. David met us for check in and was friendly and informative. His father stopped by a few days into our visit to drop off groceries (they supply basic breakfast items for the whole week!), and he brought us a huge box of Greek pastries as well. So thoughtful and delicious! The cleaning lady also came midweek and changed all the sheets & towels, as well as cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen, and floors. Loukissia itself is a small, rural village with basically no commercial businesses (we saw two restaurants), so if driving a bit to get to these conveniences is not your style, you may want to look at more populated areas. For us, the privacy and peaceful setting was excellent. We rented a car from the airport and really enjoyed exploring the area. Thank you for a wonderful week in your home!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The space was even more stunning in person—bright, stylish, and incredibly well-maintained. It felt both cozy and spacious, making it a perfect place for our family. Everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly and helpful throughout. We would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great family getaway!

I highly recommend staying with this host! The apartment was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly helpful and proactive – they ensured our comfort and responded to all our questions promptly. A huge plus was the free parking, which is rare in this location and a significant convenience. I would definitely return on my next visit!

We spent about 3 weeks in the beautiful apartment. We felt very comfortable, it was very clean and new. It was the perfect starting point for us to explore the area. Starting the day with a coffee on the sun terrace with a view of the mountains and the sea describes the feel-good atmosphere in the apartment well. Our host Christos gave us extensive tips for restaurants and excursions and the interaction was very polite, almost familial. Shopping facilities and everything you need for daily life could be reached on foot. In summary, it was simply a great place to spend your vacation.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν άψογο , ακριβώς όπως οι φωτογραφίες πολύ καθαρό ,άνετο , όμορφο και στο κέντρο της πόλης.Ενοειτε ότι αν χρειαστεί να έρθω στη Χαλκίδα ξανά θα κοιτάξω να βρω διαθέσιμο το ίδιο διαμέρισμα Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα για μια άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή

Μείναμε πραγματικά ενθουσιασμένοι! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, προσεγμένο και πολύ ζεστό – από την πρώτη στιγμή νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Βρήκαμε γλυκές λιχουδιές που μας περίμεναν στο τραπέζι, μια πολύ όμορφη χειρονομία που μας έφτιαξε τη διάθεση. Ο χώρος είχε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν, με άνετο κρεβάτι και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν άμεση και ξεκάθαρη, πάντα πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει και να απαντήσει σε κάθε απορία μας. Ήταν μια ήρεμη, άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή και σίγουρα θα θέλαμε να ξαναέρθουμε. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!
