Located right in the heart of Patras, this beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse apartment, sits inside a pre-war building which belonged to my Greek grandfather. The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Whilst only steps away from all the shops, restaurants and bars the apartment remains a quiet space.

The house has 2 bedrooms with a queen-sized bed, one of them with an ensuite bathroom, a 3 bedroom with a big single bed and a second complete bathroom. The open-plan living room and kitchen are spacious and fully equipped for a comfortable stay.
