Situated on a small holding 5km outside Franschhoek, opposite the exquisite La Motte Wine Estate, Heidi’s Barn offers the perfect self-catering base from which to explore the Winelands. Yellow like the light on the Free State farm where our Ouma Koeksie sweetened the days with butter biscuits and the summer storms brewed in a Royal Albert cup. She shares a wrap-around veranda and small private garden with the adjacent the Celia cottage. Each cottage is approximately 50 meters square in dimension and both have access to the gardens and swimming pool.
