A century-old oak tree that impresses with its size. A forest that generously treats with its delicacies. There is a gazebo on the territory, with an area for cooking on a bonfire, places for relaxation and a summer shower. The house has a kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom that comfortably accommodates 4 people. Location: the village of Gorbachi is located next to the town of Kozelets.

The house has a stove-fireplace and electric heating, a bathroom, a shower, a kitchenette, a mini-fridge, a multicooker, a kettle, tea, coffee, utensils, spices, and oil.
