Great place to stay. Beautiful views and well equipped house. It’s not the budget option but it’s worth it. The only thing is you have to be prepared for Ukrainian reality, sometimes electricity does go off. Hopefully war will be over soon and it won’t be a problem 🤞

The peace and quiet around is enchanting. The area is very large and well maintained. The house is very nice and comfortable. The photos definitely don't capture the whole atmosphere, as they say, it's better to see one day than 100 times to hear. Yuri is a very good owner, always ready to help. I recommend this space to anyone who appreciates the comfort and good rest.

The host is extremely friendly and responsive! We enjoyed the place 😀 so much with a lot of space to live, to work, to relax and to cook! The best place near the lake we ever had and the biggest , really 7 rooms, 3 full four piece bathrooms and a separate walking closet! The place is amazing, well equipped with everything you need for a longer stay and has perfect infrastructure around the building! We thank the host and AirBnB for such a great deal!

Wonderful cozy apartment, stylish, light, with everything you need for both short and long stays. Artem is very attentive, quick to respond to any needs and questions, communication is very effective. It was a pity to leave, I felt at home there. One of the best places to stay, I recommend to everyone!

Beautiful apartment, all the amenities were present, but there is no beautiful and comfortable room without a hospitable host. Anastasia is just an incredible hostess, very polite, always ready to help and do everything to make her stay as comfortable as possible. I felt very comfortable and at home in Hanna’s beautiful apartment. Gorgeous panoramic views of central Kyiv across the river. Surprisingly pleasant swimming at a clean, beautiful lake right next to the building. Very good train connection nearby to Kyiv and the Kyiv metro. Two solid supermarkets walking distance. Fresh produce and coffee places even closer. I highly recommend.

This was just a reservation to help Ukrainians in such difficult times. 💙💛
