Welcome to our friendly compound in a peaceful rural area just 10 minutes outside Fort Portal, near Kampala Road. Here you can relax in the garden, prepare for your next trip or simply enjoy a retreat from work. Our accommodations range from single rooms to apartments and a family bungalow. This spacious two-bedroom apartment has the best of both worlds - the convenience of being in the heart of the city (3 min drive to center of town) and gorgeous Rwenzori Mountain views on a clear day. The apartment is big enough for a family and has a desk, wifi, kitchen, & balcony, making it perfect for short or long term stays. Guests can access a shared rooftop patio with a fire pit, outdoor tables, and grill. Services are available such as room cleaning, laundry, and homemade organic meals.

Crater Lake House is a large house with an open living and dining space at the centre of which is a cozy fireplace. Enjoy spectacular views of Kyaninga Crater Lake and the Mountains of the Moon. This serene getaway is a 20 minute drive from Fort Portal. The lake is clean and safe to swim in, and you can enjoy beautiful walks along the 4 km rim, and/or explore the Crater. A fun get away for families. Breakfast available $10 pp. Grocery shopping $5. Takeaway services are also available.

Its proximity to the Fort-Portal City & other tourist sites makes it more desirable to the guests. This spacious home is perfect for individuals, friends or a family looking for a peaceful stay. It includes fully self contained executive, double & single bedrooms. TV and Wifi available. Breakfast is prepared on order.

Unser Cottage am Rand der Welt wurde von Hand mit regionalen Materialien gebaut. In einem Dorf nahe der Stadt Fort Portal (30 min), findest du Ruhe, Gastfreundschaft und einen Gemeinschaftssinn. Der perfekte Ort für Freiwillige und Urlauber, die eine Organisation unterstützen wollen (auch gerne für längere Zeit). Das Haus ist Teil der Community Organisation Kuza Omuto und einer lokalen Schule. Unsere Gäste erleben also das wahre Dorfleben Westugandas .
