The house is about 90 m2, plus an attic with 3 bedrooms/attic rooms. 11 good sleeping places plus baby bed, kitchen and bathroom are refurbished in 2022/23. Terrace, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Great hiking areas right outside the door, about 500 to the beach. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented. 14 ft boat with 9.9 hp engine can be rented.

Welcome to Nautaneset! Originally an old croft that is now used as a holiday home. The cabin is located undisturbed by Sævareidsfjorden with road all the way up. Here you get access to a charming old house, large green areas, good swimming opportunities, fishing opportunities and a boathouse with access to kayaks, fishing equipment, outdoor toys, fire pan and outdoor furniture. Outside the boathouse there is a large plot and a wood-fired hot tub. The area is child and animal friendly. Water from well, drinking water from tank.

The coastline offers swimming opportunities and Åkrafjorden offers great fishing opportunities. The house is located in a wild and magnificent natural area with fjords and mountains. Here there are good opportunities for some nice trips in the beautiful surroundings. Grocery store about 200 meters away. Gasoline and diesel are also sold here. The cabin has Wi-Fi and Chromecast for TV.

The apartment has access to a common jetty where it is nice to swim or sit and enjoy the view and the sea air. The apartment has 2 small balconies, one overlooking the lake and one overlooking the mountains. Short drive to Rosendal and to Fjellhaugen ski resort.

Quiet and nice place about 4 km past Strandvik city center. There is a shop-restaurant/pub and a great park. Sand volleyball courts are there too. The house is idyllically located close to the lake. Canoe can be borrowed and the fishing opportunities are good. The boat in the pictures can be used. We also have some bikes that can be borrowed. Excellent for anyone who wants a holiday in quiet surroundings. All cleaning is taken care of by the host

The rental is centrally located in Rosendal. A short 6-minute walk to boat and bus connections and shops. This is a room with private bathroom and kitchenette with entrance from the garden. Guests can use the garden. We are often away and the place is quiet and private. It is a 12-minute walk to Baroniet. An experience in a centrally located place. Dog friendly. Rural, idyllic and peaceful surroundings.

High quality interior and building , built in 2012. Big open spaces, lots of sleeping fasilities in the shared area. I built this cabin as a sanctuary, for myself. Priority are light open spaces, not many bedrooms. Now time is right to share with you - please feel welcome! Shopping in Jondal, ca 25 min drive away. Or in Odda - ca 1 hour drive. ...yes, that is where you find Trolltunga :)
