We offer a large, year-round house with a terrace and half an hectare of a plot by the forest, with trees, grass and fruit shrubs. The property is fenced. The home is renovated and modernly decorated. Vegetable and heated. Cool in summer and warm in winter. There is a 6-person sauna and a hot tub in a separate room for relaxation. There is also a gazebo with a grill and a pizza oven. There is fast internet, wifi. It is possible to charge an electric car - 1- and 3-phase socket.

The lakefront hideaway is a cottage with an area of about 100m2, located on a closed, wooded plot with an area of 3000m2, which is available to you exclusively. Peace, quiet, an atmospheric wooden house, a gazebo with a barbecue and fire pit, a treehouse, and a jetty on Lake Józefowo is at our guests' disposal. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with fireplace (with two sofa beds) and a fully equipped kitchen.

The cottage is for guests looking for peace away from the civilizational hustle and bustle, and they value the communication with nature the most. There is an electric sauna and a ball that will take care of the body with the spirits among the trees. We share bikes, board games, and even a small TV with the console. The cottage also has a “corner” for cooking with a portable electric stove and necessary dishes.
