Great place in the center of town. Justine is an awesome host, very responsive and has a super friendly staff who take care of the rooms. Quick little 10 min walk to Batu or Echo... amazing food downstairs at the B+ Cafe... Will def be back.

The villa was really amazing especially the open living room is an eyecatcher. Location is great as it is away from the main road but close enough to everything in the center. Ayu was super sweet and took care for all our wishes. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone staying in Kuta

The staff is awesome (very funny, kind, and down to earth) and the place is nicer than I expected from the photos... so nice that we decided to extend our stay and cancel our trip back to Ubud for the week. The bed is comfortable, the fridge kept our drinks and snacks cold, and the private patio had steps going directly into the pool which was a cool feature we didn't expect. It's a 10 min walk to a nice beach area with a skate park (beautiful sunsets). Next door to great cafes/restaurants and it was only a 20min scooter ride to Canggu in the AM for surfing. They hooked us up with a great scooter price, have a laundromat next door, and the wifi is FAST- which made this one of the most convenient stays we've had over the last 2 months as digital nomads. Great value overall. I'd 100% recommend and visit again because of the value, proximity to everything we need, beach town vibes, and overall service. Thanks team! Hope to see you again soon 🤙

Comfortable and clean apartment in a central location, a bit far from Ubud and Uluwatu but relatively close to places like Canggu, Semanyak, Tanah Lot, and Kuta. It also features a more local lifestyle that is more affordable than the most popular tourist areas. It’s a bit hard to find at first, but the host Ulfa was very helpful in guiding us and she was also very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, always happy to help whenever we had any questions. A great experience overall.

We really loved staying at Julia's. The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom clean and the kitchen had so many appliances. Julia responded to me in less then a minute at times. she checked in on us and made us feel so comfortable. she also gave restaurant recommendations and was available to answer all our questions. I totally recommend staying at her place.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Nook! The location is excellent – perfectly situated between Canggu and Seminyak, with thousands of amazing cafés and restaurants nearby, many of them even within walking distance. The villa itself is spacious and well-designed. There’s a large pool and plenty of outdoor space to relax, with sun almost all day and enough shaded areas to stay cool when needed. We especially appreciated that the living room and kitchen can be fully closed off, which made everything feel more comfortable. Putu was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay, and Cain always responded quickly to any questions we had. The only small challenge was finding the villa at first – a photo of the entrance from the street would have been really helpful. There is a club nearby which seems to only open on weekends - so expect some noise at the weekend. Other than that, everything was perfect. We’d definitely come back!

This was our first time visiting Bali and staying in a villa. It was a great experience, the pool was amazing. We had the floating breakfast, it was lovely. They have looked after us and taken care of the villa. Overall, good money for value. Would recommend for couples or family visiting Canggu.

This villa was in a perfect location for us. On a local street and only 5 min walk for main shopping and eating areas. 10 min walk to the beach. The vila was accurately described and pictured. Rooms and bathrooms exceptionally clean. And cleaned daily. We arrive to everything looking exactly as pictured. The staff were super friendly, well spoken English. This was one of the best and most easy going villas we have stayed in on our multiple trips per year. Will definitely stay again

The villa itself was stunning; spacious rooms, refreshing pool, kitchen/lounge had a fan since it was open. Everything was beautiful and clean - cleaner came every second day and the pool person comes twice a week. Location was handy to good restaurants: Warung Nook (amazing bruschetta), Whitestone (hot halloumi burger, cheesecake, rosella tea, brioche toast.. list goes on), Uma Garden (incredible food, desserts and drinks!). Also a pizza place down a little further but didn’t get around to trying that one. Location is handy; close to Seminyak, bit of a hike to Canggu, nothing crazy tho! Echie was so bubbly, kind and welcoming! She was there to greet us and give us tips and instructions for our stay. Easy to contact on WA throughout our stay. Check out was a breeze too. Seriously recommend this villa, we were stoked with it especially for the price.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. It is in a lovely location with plenty of shops and restaurants next to the villa and the beach is nearby. It also had a large supermarket less than a 10 min walk away which had everything we needed. Roni was very quick with his responses. He also let us have a late checkout which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a nice stay at this villa in Bali. The property was clean, well-maintained, and matched the photos. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful and accessible to various requirements like super market, Indian restaurants etc. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in/check-out were hassle-free. Sugi was very responsive to any requests and made all efforts to make the stay comfortable, overall the experience was positive and we appreciated the hospitality. A comfortable choice for stay in Bali.

Stayed there the third time and we enjoyed it a lot! Never slept good as in this house, I like the vibe and besides it is in busy legian it is quite and you hear the sound of tropical birds in the morning. Everything else is I’m walking distance which makes it easy to go around even to the beach! You won’t find something spacious with such a great vibe in this location! Thanks a lot will come again for sure!

Had an amazing stay. The place was extremely clean and beautiful. Friendly and proactive staff. Looks exactly like the photos. In centre of Uluwatu. Close to shops and restaurants - within walking distance. Easy for Grab and Gojek to locate. Would stay again and 100% recommend!

Great place, located near Seminyak beach still not too busy around the apartment. one exit leads directly to Seminyak beach where you can find beautiful sunset! Sari is responsive to all the queries and takes care of things swiftly.

What a gorgeous place this is!! It’s private, very quite has a lovely pool (shared) and the kitchen is very well equipped (I’m a chef) and we cooked a lot of nice meals. Good touches where the water filter so your not wasting plastic bottles which is great. Awesome bean bags for lounging on private deck. They left us some snacks too which was sweet. Towels where great quality, bathroom was spacious. Very simple but lovely. Only little issue we had on arrive was the directions (which are perfect) but because the host (who is not around) didn’t know the part of the road just before you get to the villa was closed, like a massive hole in the road and you can’t get through it, we had no idea where our place was. I can understand this must be frustrating to the host if they didn’t know the road was gone. It may help you to change the description whilst there is no road there and therefor the details are not correct. Just before the road works start there is a left turn down the alley and then a right turn down to the villa that would help a lot more to people to find easier. Again some drivers will take you the back way but MOST will not. This is just life and these things happen and it didn’t take away what a lovely time time we had! I would DEFO stay here again, I’ve been to Seminyak loads of times and this was by far the best. The caretaker Wayan is super lovely as his her husband and he even drove us all the way north to our next place. Stay here it’s GREAT!! We had Xmas here and it was super lush x Thanks Carole. We will be back!!

good place for little private party!

Good location, quiet and safe area. No construction noise. 5 minutes on a go bike to the centre or Canggu. Good location without being right in the middle of the traffic in Canggu. Walking distance to Nirvana Gym. The villa itself is neat and tidy and aligns well with the price.
