Beachfront vacation rentals in Kusini

After 2 weeks of volunteering, this accommodation was great to come down and relax. The location was really great and Barbara was always on hand to help with recommendations, a bajaji etc. needed. It was a great end to our time in Zanzibar. Highly recommended!

As our first time traveling abroad, we felt right at home at The Zanzibar Beach House (which made saying goodbye so hard.) We were blown away with the views, the amazing self-catering unit to cook our own foods (to stay within our budget) and the help we received from the hosts were great! We will miss this piece of paradise 🏝 and we only wish for everyone else planning their trip to Zanzibar to take our advise and book the stay at the unique Zanzibar Beach House! We hope to be back soon! 🇹🇿

Very nice place in a prime location right at the beach. Amenities and cleanliness are very good. The terrace, which is just a jump from the Indian Ocean at high tide, is unique. We have not seen any other accommodation in Jambiani that provides such private access to the sea. At low tide, you can still lie down in the existing hot tub😎 There was a power outage twice in the ten days we were on site, but this was promptly picked up by a generator set. Hakuna matata! What made our stay that bit special was Barau, the local manager. He lives in the neighborhood, is always available and a very helpful, friendly and accommodating person. He cares very well for his guests and reliably helps to organize all kinds of tours, whether on land or water. In addition, Barau and his wife Zuhura offer very good authentic food at absolutely affordable prices. So definitely try it!

Nakudenda House is a nice, spacious house in the heart of Jambiani village. The beach is just a stone's throw away. Lots of nice restaurants around. The house offers comfortable, large bedrooms. It's nicely decorated and has all you need to enjoy wonderful Jambiani. Eta and Romain are very nice hosts, very proactive and try to solve any problems as quickly as possible. Communicating with them was very easy and they go out of their way to make your stay a nice one.

We rented a two floor apartment at Villa Mina for a month. It was spacious and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. The views from both balconies were spectacular. There were loungers and beds to use which gave a little extra privacy from the beach sellers. Lots of choice of nearby restaurants. Breakfasts were excellent with coffee and freshly made fruit juice, fruit, eggs to order and a variety of pastries and breads. There is a swimming pool that can be used about a 5-minute walk away, which my girls enjoyed. Mina and everyone there are very friendly and will help with anything you ask. They made us very welcome. It felt like a home-from-home, only with a spectacular beach in front. We would love to return and hopefully will!

The house is big, well built and located in a very peaceful, quiet place, not far away from the ocean. The house was good enough equipped and with the 24/7 watchmen who also took care of the swimming pool being cleaned. Raphael was in touched and resolved a couple of issues we got while staying there. All together gives me a strong reason to recommend this house for a stay of either single traveller or a family of 4 members maximum.

The place is as described and shown in the pictures. The beautiful white beach is a few seconds walk. The caretakers of the house including the chef and the guard were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This home right on the shores of Jambiani Beach is a dream come true. We loved every minute of our stay. Kerstin was an excellent host and communicated exceptionally well. Sulei (the local caretaker) was very helpful and provided daily advice for activities, food, taxis, etc. Overall, this home is in an incredible location and was the perfect place to have a restful vacation.

This was def one of the best airbnb that i have stayed and what made it best was tashina’s help throughout of my whole stay! She is a host that everyone needs! I def recommend her lovely airbnb and best believe you will feel so welcomed here because everyone that works there will do their best to feel like you are home. Cant thank enough to Hijra for also helping me with a few things. I already miss there!

I stayed there with two friends. The reception was very well arranged, Jo is a wonderful hostess, who was always there for us. Also very nice that all sorts of things were present such as herbs, oil etc. But the most beautiful thing was really the location. Not normally beautiful, loved it!! Cottage was also very cute and cozy and clean! I would recommend to anyone

OUTSTANDING. We have been living in Tanzania for 3 months in Dar Es Salaam before coming to Paje Beach Apartments, so we are already acclimated to the country. This place far exceeded our expectations on every level. Lynette at the front desk and the entire staff made this place the most amazing place to stay ever. Seriously. Tanzania can be hit and miss when it comes to AirBnB accommodations, but this place stands out in every single category, especially cleanliness and overall value. I would , however, encourage you to walk the beach to look for food options after eating at Abel's place because the food gets even better as you begin to explore the beachfront. This is one of the few places in Tanzania where I would say the pictures don't even do it justice. It's more beautiful in person. They have only like 6 apartments and then a few single rooms, so the entire place is not that big and you get very personal treatment, at least we did. And the STAFF are AMAZING. So super responsive. Very warm and friendly. Our 5 year old made so many friends with the staff here and they are very professional. Can't say enough good things about it. We will be back.

We stayed six nights and had a wonderful time. The place is quiet, it’s like a little oasis. Raluca and Lee are very good hosts! The breakfast that we enjoyed every morning was by far the best we had and also the curry was absolutely delicious. We can definitely recommend staying with them.

We also enjoy our kite surfing session with Emm, our professional instructor and very recommended coconut kitesurfing as they are friendly-professional kite surf school( thank to shasha and Eline for keep our session fun.

Such a beautiful place, in a great location in Kizimkazi to depart for snorkling and daulphin trips. The guide we went with Alba, booked with the hotel, is very nice and a great captain. Furthermore, the hotel is offering very good meal and a wide range of activities inside the hotel. I definitely recomend!

Nice location nice place to stay it was a bit smelly when we checked in tho not sure what the smell was

This AirBnB is located within Villa de Coco in Jambiani. It was the perfect place for my family and I and we are already looking at dates for when we can return. We couldn't have asked for a better experience on Zanzibar!

Amazing beachfront apartment with beautiful views, AC and wifi! Andre and Jordana’s home is right on the beach so we enjoyed sunrise walks and the sounds of the ocean waves at night. The apartment is really comfortable and has hot water for the shower! We felt at home and taken care of during the week that we spent here. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location was stunning and OVI was very helpful and could help me with any question. I'd love to come back, I recommend the place to everyone.

Amazing place, out of the world, out of time. We loved our stay at Antonio’s place ! The view is breath taking, the place is spacious and clean, the breakfast right on the sand is perfect. Highly recommend!

Good location & close to the beach area plus great areas around n also u can visit lost soles great place for a chill out

Very beautiful place close to the beach. 1 minute walk. Safe area day and night. Nice accommodations and showers had steong pressure. Only issue was the electricity was cut for long periods but that is not the fault of the owner, it's the fault of the governments improper management of the electrical grid. Otherwise all else is nice.

Our host and Zewdra were very nice and were there for all the questions and everything we needed for us. We felt comfortable, very clean and the neighborhood very nice and a quiet area. Thanks again see you next year
