Beachfront vacation rentals in Kusini

After 2 weeks of volunteering, this accommodation was great to come down and relax. The location was really great and Barbara was always on hand to help with recommendations, a bajaji etc. needed. It was a great end to our time in Zanzibar. Highly recommended!

As our first time traveling abroad, we felt right at home at The Zanzibar Beach House (which made saying goodbye so hard.) We were blown away with the views, the amazing self-catering unit to cook our own foods (to stay within our budget) and the help we received from the hosts were great! We will miss this piece of paradise 🏝 and we only wish for everyone else planning their trip to Zanzibar to take our advise and book the stay at the unique Zanzibar Beach House! We hope to be back soon! 🇹🇿

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in bester Lage direkt am Strand. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sind sehr gut. Die Terrasse, die bei Flut nur einen Sprung vom Indischen Ozean entfernt ist, ist einzigartig. Wir haben in Jambiani keine andere Unterkunft gesehen, die solch einen privaten Zugang zum Meer bietet. Bei Ebbe kann man sich immer noch in den vorhandenen Whirlpool legen😎 Es gab in den zehn Tagen, die wir vor Ort waren zweimal Stromausfall, dies wurde aber umgehend durch ein Stromaggregat aufgefangen. Hakuna matata! Was unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht hat war Barau, der Manager vor Ort. Er wohnt in der Nachbarschaft, ist immer erreichbar und ein sehr hilfsbereiter, freundlicher und zuvorkommender Mensch. Er kümmert sich sehr gut um seine Gäste und hilft zuverlässig dabei alle Arten von Touren, ob zu Land oder zu Wasser zu organisieren. Außerdem bieten Barau und seine Frau Zuhura sehr gutes authentisches Essen zu absolut erschwinglichen Preisen an. Also unbedingt ausprobieren!

Nakudenda House is a nice, spacious house in the heart of Jambiani village. The beach is just a stone's throw away. Lots of nice restaurants around. The house offers comfortable, large bedrooms. It's nicely decorated and has all you need to enjoy wonderful Jambiani. Eta and Romain are very nice hosts, very proactive and try to solve any problems as quickly as possible. Communicating with them was very easy and they go out of their way to make your stay a nice one.

We rented a two floor apartment at Villa Mina for a month. It was spacious and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. The views from both balconies were spectacular. There were loungers and beds to use which gave a little extra privacy from the beach sellers. Lots of choice of nearby restaurants. Breakfasts were excellent with coffee and freshly made fruit juice, fruit, eggs to order and a variety of pastries and breads. There is a swimming pool that can be used about a 5-minute walk away, which my girls enjoyed. Mina and everyone there are very friendly and will help with anything you ask. They made us very welcome. It felt like a home-from-home, only with a spectacular beach in front. We would love to return and hopefully will!

The house is big, well built and located in a very peaceful, quiet place, not far away from the ocean. The house was good enough equipped and with the 24/7 watchmen who also took care of the swimming pool being cleaned. Raphael was in touched and resolved a couple of issues we got while staying there. All together gives me a strong reason to recommend this house for a stay of either single traveller or a family of 4 members maximum.

The place is as described and shown in the pictures. The beautiful white beach is a few seconds walk. The caretakers of the house including the chef and the guard were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This home right on the shores of Jambiani Beach is a dream come true. We loved every minute of our stay. Kerstin was an excellent host and communicated exceptionally well. Sulei (the local caretaker) was very helpful and provided daily advice for activities, food, taxis, etc. Overall, this home is in an incredible location and was the perfect place to have a restful vacation.

This was def one of the best airbnb that i have stayed and what made it best was tashina’s help throughout of my whole stay! She is a host that everyone needs! I def recommend her lovely airbnb and best believe you will feel so welcomed here because everyone that works there will do their best to feel like you are home. Cant thank enough to Hijra for also helping me with a few things. I already miss there!

Ik verbleef er met twee vriendinnen. De ontvangst was heel goed geregeld, Jo is een geweldige gastvrouw, die altijd voor ons klaar stond. Ook heel fijn dat er al van alles aanwezig was zoals kruiden, olie etc. Maar het aller allermooiste was toch echt de locatie. Niet normaal mooi, loved it!! Huisje was ook heel knus en gezellig en schoon! Ik raad het iedereen aan

OUTSTANDING. We have been living in Tanzania for 3 months in Dar Es Salaam before coming to Paje Beach Apartments, so we are already acclimated to the country. This place far exceeded our expectations on every level. Lynette at the front desk and the entire staff made this place the most amazing place to stay ever. Seriously. Tanzania can be hit and miss when it comes to AirBnB accommodations, but this place stands out in every single category, especially cleanliness and overall value. I would , however, encourage you to walk the beach to look for food options after eating at Abel's place because the food gets even better as you begin to explore the beachfront. This is one of the few places in Tanzania where I would say the pictures don't even do it justice. It's more beautiful in person. They have only like 6 apartments and then a few single rooms, so the entire place is not that big and you get very personal treatment, at least we did. And the STAFF are AMAZING. So super responsive. Very warm and friendly. Our 5 year old made so many friends with the staff here and they are very professional. Can't say enough good things about it. We will be back.

We stayed six nights and had a wonderful time. The place is quiet, it’s like a little oasis. Raluca and Lee are very good hosts! The breakfast that we enjoyed every morning was by far the best we had and also the curry was absolutely delicious. We can definitely recommend staying with them.

Parfais ! Logement magnifique avec un cadre très beau et très créatif, un petit monde créé en bord de mer. Nous avons eu la chance de passer deux jours accompagné d’un couple de singes qui ce promener dans la belle végétation de l’hôtel. Je recommande, cependant le logement n’a pas de fenêtres donc ne pas être sensible au divers bruit de la nature ou alors prévoir des boules quies. Merci pour ce logement

Dies war der beste Aufenthalt, den wir je hatten! Die gesamte Unterkunft ist wunderschön, komfortabel und mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Sie wird stetig optimiert, obwohl ich nicht weiß, was in Zukunft noch besser werden soll. Der Pool und die Klimaanlage runden es perfekt ab. Der Service war herausragend und das Essen fantastisch – frisch, individuell zubereitet und der Koch versteht sein Handwerk. Jeden Morgen kann man sich sein Frühstück abwechslungsreich gestalten, es wird alles möglich gemacht. Auch Mittag- und Abendessen vor Ort lohnt sich extrem! Die organisierten Touren waren perfekt abgestimmt und haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Der Guide und alle Fahrer waren immer pünktlich, zuverlässig und haben uns auch zu den Insider-Attraktionen gebracht. Die Hosts sind unfassbar herzliche Menschen und versuchen alles möglich zu machen. Meine Familie war von meinen Erzählungen so begeistert, dass sie nun auch gebucht hat. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!! This AirBnB is located within Villa de Coco in Jambiani. It was the perfect place for my family and I and we are already looking at dates for when we can return. We couldn't have asked for a better experience on Zanzibar!

Amazing beachfront apartment with beautiful views, AC and wifi! Andre and Jordana’s home is right on the beach so we enjoyed sunrise walks and the sounds of the ocean waves at night. The apartment is really comfortable and has hot water for the shower! We felt at home and taken care of during the week that we spent here. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt äußerst genossen. Die Lage war atemberaubend und OVI war sehr hilfsbereit und konnte mir bei jeder Frage behilflich sein. Gerne komme ich wieder, die Unterkunft kann ich jedem empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Jambiani, für uns der wunderschönste Strand auf Zanzibar. Direkter Meerblick, saubere Unterkunft mit täglicher Reinigung. Leckeres Frühstück mit tropischen Früchten. Antonio ist sehr nett und hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert, Tipps gegeben und war immer für uns ansprechbar. Eine klare Empfehlung von Antonio und jetzt auch uns ist der Taxifahrer Mustafa, er ist zuverlässig, pünktlich und fährt sicher. Wir haben zwei Schnorchelausflüge mit Captain Haji gemacht, auch sehr nett und zuverlässig. Es gibt genügend Restaurants in der Gegend. Zanzibar ist sehr sicher und es gibt kein Malaria auf der Insel!

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Das Wasser hat beim Duschen und bei der Toilette gut funktioniert. In der Küche kann man super kochen. Der Gaskocher hat Platz für 2 Töpfe, was optimal für selbstgemachte Gerichte ist. Im Garten oder Wohnzimmer kann man entspannen und zusammen Spiele spielen. Das Meer ist aber auch in der Nähe, wenn man mal baden gehen möchte oder schnorcheln oder tauchen oder kitesurfen,... . Kleine Geschäfte, wo man eigentlich alles bekommt, was man braucht, sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Wenn man sonst etwas braucht, dann ist Caro jederzeit erreichbar und hilft einem sofort damit. Danke Caro für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Unser Gastgeber und Zewdra waren sehr nett und waren bei allen Fragen und alles was wir brauchten für uns da. Haben uns wohl gefühlt, sehr sauber und die Nachbarschaft sehr nett und eine ruhige Gegend. Danke nochmal bis nächstes Jahr
