The single beds can be pushed apart if necessary. In addition, there is a sofa that opens into a bed and comfortably accommodates two more guests. Our villa is located in Saaremaa, a picturesque town of Kuressaare, known for its rich history and enchanting nature. We hope you will feel at home here and enjoy every moment that our beautiful island country has to offer you. A house with thick limestone walls, built over a hundred years ago, is located just 200m away in the city center by a quiet street. The building is for overnight parking for up to 9 people and 2 cars can be parked in the yard.

A perfect place for family or friends in the centre of the beautyful Kuressaare. Play in the large yard, have sauna or just enjoy the day on the terrace. Steps away from the restaurants and sights. Washing machine, iron, ironing board, fridge and oven make the place equipped well also for longer stays. We also provide a crib and a high chair for the babies, but do let us know should you need them in advance!

Welcome to Villa Ariana, nestled in the serene Kuressaare Golf area. This tranquil retreat offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and natural beauty. The property features four bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a living room flooded with natural light through its big windows.

Niidupuu Apartment is the latest addition to the Niidupuu Holiday Home group. The apartment is new and completed in 2021. Tasteful and with high quality products furnished with all comforts. Niidupuu Apartment has the only private entrance to this apartment building. The apartment building has an environmental value, built on the basis of the project of the once destroyed Villa Meissner guest house.

We completely restored and refurbished our vacation home in 2023. The house has 3 bedrooms, a large living room with a fireplace and views of the garden and sunset. From the living room you can access the garden directly via the large terrace. A sauna for up to 8 people is also provided. Adjacent to the property is a lake with crystal clear water where you can swim.
