This 70m2 apartment is in the heart of Kuressaare. The flat has 2 beds and 2 day beds (each for 2 persons). Of these 4 beds, 3 are located in separate rooms. Thus, the flat is not recommended for 8 adults, but rather for 8 persons of whom at least 2 are children. In addition, an infant's cot is freely available. The electric car charger (Wattpilot 22 kW) is also freely available. No traffic noise. The host has good relations with neighbors and is informed if guests do not respect quiet hours.

The house has two comfortable bedrooms (each with a double bed) and a living room/kitchen (sofa bed) full of light. There is one bathroom with a shower, a fireplace and a kitchen equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. The small garden with a seating area, a fire place and a herb garden is also waiting for you.

Köögis on olemas kõik söögitegemiseks vajalik, samuti on grillimisvõimalus õuealal. Lastele mänguväljak koos liumäe ja batuudiga.

Saunamajas on kööginurk koos kõige vajalikuga , leili-ja duširuum. Sauna kasutamine on hinna sees. Maja ees on terrass ja katusealusega mahukas söögilaud. Tualett asub eraldi majakeses.

We completely restored and refurbished our vacation home in 2023. The house has 3 bedrooms, a large living room with a fireplace and views of the garden and sunset. From the living room you can access the garden directly via the large terrace. A sauna for up to 8 people is also provided. Adjacent to the property is a lake with crystal clear water where you can swim.
