Enjoy all the benefits of our Iconic location steps away from the Intracoastal Waterway, famous WB Drawbridge and of course the beach! Take a stroll to FishHouse Grill or Dockside for sunset cocktails or a waterfront lunch. Skip the parking fees, grab bikes and cruise over the bridge for a day on the beach then retreat back to your shady front porch!

Salty Cabana-1 block to the beach!

This CLEAN and comfortable duplex has 1 bedroom & 1 bath with ample separate parking for 2 vehicles. This space is suited for 2 people, but it could accommodate a 3rd person or a child on the futon. Linens provided at no charge. There is a large backyard that is private for your use. The other side of the duplex has their own backyard divided by a black metal fence. We have an assortment of beach essentials that varies, and you are welcome to use the items. Hot outdoor shower in the front.

This private studio includes a full kitchen, queen bed, and a custom twin daybed, plus great outdoor space. Enjoy the front porch or unwind on the screened-in back porch with a fenced yard. We welcome up to 2 dogs, just include them in your booking and make sure they’re respectful of the space.

Our beautiful cottage comfortably sleeps six. Spacious deck highlights the amazing oceanfront views. Spacious gathering room and all stainless appliances. Beds made and linens/towels provided for each guest. Huge back porch boasts outdoor dining area, adirondack chairs, outdoor shower and private beach access. Stays include linens (sheets, bath towels and beach towels). Beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards and Shibumi Shade are all available for your stay as well!

Fair warning—your house might get jealous. The Side Piece Cottage is a cozy vintage 2BR Wilmington retreat for concert weekends, beach days, downtown nights, and remote work. Walk to Greenfield Lake Amphitheater, drive 10 minutes to downtown, or reach Wrightsville and Carolina Beach in about 20 minutes.

Historic Hanby Beach Bungalow

Hanby House is a 1950's beach cottage that has been updated with modern comforts such as new HVAC, full kitchen and commercial hot water heater but maintains much of the old school, quirky boho beach house charm. Conveniently located, it’s a short 5 minute walk to the beach on a quiet dead end street where you can listen to the waves and enjoy the ocean breeze. The house is pet friendly and there is a $75 pet fee. Let us know if you're bringing your dog.
