The house is located in the calm and central Kungsladugård next to Slottsskogen with Zoo, playgrounds, outdoor gym and cafes. Walking distance to Mariaplan - the heart of Majorna, with several nice restaurants, bars and shops and a large pool for children. Around the corner is a tram stop that takes you into the city or out to the archipelago (15 minutes in each direction). Ica Supermarket is one block away. The perfect accommodation for families with children or larger groups of up to 8 people.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and somewhat centrally-located well appointed cozy studio apartment where you also will enjoy the private outdoor patio. A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Varmt välkomna till min gäststuga!

Välkommen till husets charmiga ovanvåning, dit du kommer via en egen ingång. Huset har nyligen genomgått en omfattande renovering i tidstypisk stil. Detta boende ligger i området Kungsladugård, Majorna. Parken Slottsskogen ligger precis i närheten och på några minuter når du Mariaplan där det finns barer, restauranger och butiker. Det tar 15 minuter med spårvagnen till centrala Göteborg. Det finns flera mataffärer bara några kvarter bort.

Jag kan varmt rekommendera detta fantastiska boende i Eriksberg! Det är min första Airbnb upplevelse men jag tror inte att någon kan slå hur välkomnad man blir här! De va stilrent, hemtrevligt och med en otroligt harmonisk atmosfär. Allt var i perfekt skick, sängen var superbekväm och läget kunde inte vara bättre – lugnt men ändå nära till allt. Det som verkligen gjorde vistelsen extra speciell var den underbara värden! Otroligt trevlig, hjälpsam och generös – man kände sig verkligen välkommen från första stund. Han var alltid tillgänglig om man hade några frågor, och gick verkligen det lilla extra för att se till att jag trivdes. Ett riktigt guldkorn i Eriksberg! Kommer absolut boka igen nästa gång jag är i stan. 🌟 Tar typ 15 min till nordstan med buss och finns som en liten gungpark vid hamnen som är typ 2 min gå tid till🤩 Ett helt otroligt ställe så tack så jätte mycket till Isak och Adam!!🥰 Ps. Jag skriver typ aldrig recensioner men ni förtjänar alla positiva recensioner ni fått

Dejlig lejlighed! Er som airbnb skal være! Home from Home - og ikke en udlejningsbolig! Vi har nydt Carinas bolig. Stille og dejlig område i Göteborg. Perfekt beligenhed i forhold til sporvogn. Meget nemt at komme ind til byen, botanisk have mm.! Eller nyd bare det lokale område. Stor tak til Carina. Vi vil glæde os til at komme tilbage!

A perfect place to stay and explore Gothenburg and the islands. Easy to get trams over to Salthomen for ferries, or tram into Gothenburg city centre. A lovely home , situated on a hill ( only 10- 15 mins walk to trams) with a view of the sea from upstairs.

Ett synnerligen trevligt boende med lika trevliga värdar. Det finns massor med barer och restauranger i närområdet. Mycket bra kommunikationer (Det är ca 100 meter till spårvagn och buss.). Här är man i händelsernas centrum!
